Bus 11 (2 minutes walking) takes you everywhere in Edinburgh. The tram also take you to the airport directly. The room comes with all utilities. We pay a lot of attention to comfortability of the bed. The room is warm and the neighbourhood is quiet. You also have access to a garden and a small kitchen.

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
