We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Ali's place. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and garnden really make the place with stunning views. Easy access to Edinburgh by train and car and also the Fife coastal path. We loved it! would be very happy to return again one day. Ali was the perfect host.

We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

In 1 woord geweldig!!! Nadat we de spullen hadden uitgeladen kwamen ze ons nog even welkom heten. Het huis had echt alles wat je nodig had en meer dan dat. De jacuzzi werd 2 keer per dag gecontroleerd. Het huisje staat echt op een perfecte plek rust ruimte en uitzicht. Ben zelf heel lang opzoek geweest naar een perfect huisje en iedere keer kwam dit huisje terug! Ik kan iedereen aanraden om hier te boeken je krijgt echt waar voor je geld! Super bedankt dat we gebruik mochten maken van jullie huisje.

Fantastic stay, the photos don’t do it justice, the location is great with lots to do around and the cottage was very clean spacious and cosy.

What a wonderful place! Exactly as advertised and more. Calum and Karen were very responsive and gracious. Always helpful with recommendations. It was a family trip so we did a lot of touring. After a long day of activities, it was always great to come back to this beautiful home . . . and the views are spectacular.

Amazing location, within a 10 minute walk of almost anything while still being in a quiet part of town. Gorgeous park right in your backyard. Plenty of food nearby, and just a short walk to the bus and train station. Plenty of space for a group to spread out. Loved having the living room and kitchen! Hosts were flexible and really responsive when we needed them for something. Overall this location was perfect for a family vacation.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Had a wonderful couple of nights in this beautiful apartment. The building is gorgeous especially the huge windows and staircase. Well equipped kitchen and the round dining table was perfect to share meals and chat. Excellent location with tram to centre minutes away. Comfortable beds and ample room for up to 3 couples. Would highly recommend.

The location is amazing — perfect for exploring the city. The place was very clean, exactly as described, and the host communicated well. We did have one hiccup: there were only two towels provided, even though there were three of us, so we had to share, which wasn’t ideal. Also, like other reviews mentioned, the bed is very noisy. I figured it couldn’t be that bad since I don’t move much when I sleep, but even the slightest movement made noise. Other than that, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the home and the area. I would give it 4.5 stars because 5 means perfect, and the bed and towel issues weren't so great.

Fantastic spot to stay during a visit to Edinburgh, very easy to travel and see the city from and lots of options close by for stocking up or eating/drinking out. Rooms were lovely and Axel accommodated us perfectly to suit the needs of those of us staying, cannot recommend more for those in a group or family and the tram is close by to make the most of your time in such a nice city.

What an incredible house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is so well equipped and so clean. Lots of cereals, cookies, tea and coffee to make our stay even more perfect. The backyard was a bonus with the children. Great location too for public transportation, very easy to go anywhere. Ronnie was so responsive and so accommodating. Many thanks!

Anna è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile. Siamo arrivati prima del check in e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli intanto che finivano le pulizie. La casa è pulita e rispecchia la descrizione. La zona è tranquilla, vicino al bellissimo parco the Meadows che ci siamo goduti viste le splendide giornate che abbiamo trovato a Edinburgo. Ci si muove a piedi tranquillamente (20 minuti) per raggiungere Victoria Street, Royal Mile, ecc. Per l’arrivo dall’aeroporto a piedi ci vogliono 20/25 minuti con fermata West End. Consiglio caldamente questo alloggio per visitare questa splendida città.

Gabriella was very helpful with communications before our arrival when our overseas phone system shut down. She was responsive in helping with arrival instructions as Lynne's flight was arriving late on a Friday night. This was a first trip to Edinburgh so her helpful instructions for a late arrival and transportation really helped. And what a pleasure to step into such a nice apartmet! The bed was a luxury after a long trip and the entire snug was a restful home during a four night stay in Edinburgh. Stepping out onto the street there are many varied places to eat along Bruntsfield way. The Japanese restaurant has perfect soba. Nearby is a neighborhood park with beautiful lawns and a place to have a picnic. The bus and tram system are convenient and on this brief stay in Edinburgh Lynne wanted to spend her entire time in the Botanic gardens which cover about 75 acres and are just a short bus ride away. Definitely choose Arabella's for a place to stay!

Karan was extremely responsive, great communication. Place was worth every penny compared to other hires in the park. Only issue we had was that the caravan had a horrible stench when we got there, most likely something the previous people cooked as the place didn’t have an extractor fan on the hob. We messaged Karan and he sent someone over to refill the air freshener but the odour over powered so took more than a day to die out. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to others.

Absolutely beautiful, well-appointed flat. Fits all the of the amenities you could want into a lovely space that is walkable to different parts of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed Karin’s apartment, exactly as per the pictures and very quiet but close to Cannongate and the Royal mile. Milk, biscuits and great Costa coffee pods. Bath room very nice with good products. Would definitely return.

We had a great family stay and the space was perfect for the four of us. The caravan was incredibly well stocked with a lot of thoughtful amenities. The location was fantastic for exploring the beautiful East Lothian coast.
