Sport families (and others) will love this location! 10 minute drive to the Rocky Mount Events Center for a volleyball tournament. This home was fabulous for my crew of 3 teen and me (the adult). Quiet neighborhood made for peaceful evenings and great sleep (the beds were so comfy). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The coffee maker was so easy to use - and the host provided coffee pods! We could choose to eat in the kitchen at the bar, at a table in the living room, at a table in the den or even in the backyard at the picnic table. So much comfy space inside for everyone to spread out and relax. Every couch was cozy and relaxing. Teens each had their own tv for downtime after the tournament, and I had mine - what a pleasure! Communication with the host was easy and proactive. Local recommendations were provided - pizza from Roma's was delicious! The home was sparkling clean with everything we needed - including paper plates! Highly recommend!

Matthew's place is the best Airbnb I've stayed in! It was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Additionally there was lighting on the outbuildings and barns which provided an unexpected measure of safety as well as beauty at night. I certainly felt welcomed there and was sorry to have to leave. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you, Matthew!

Great way to unplug and relax. Our family was able to enjoy each other and the decor throughout the Ranch house.

David was the best host! Always helpful and very responsive! The house is cozy, you feel right at home as soon as you step in the door. Hot water seems to last forever and the beds are so comfy. Everything you need to cook with is in the kitchen and the dining room table is also big enough for a full family. Each room has a tv, so we were all able to unwind after work watching what we wanted to. We will definitely be back if work send is this direction again.

This beautiful little farm house felt just like home the moment we pulled in. The photos do not do this home justice. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. I prefer to unpack immediately and there was tons of space for our clothes, shoes and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, I appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar being available on arrival. We also took advantage of the outdoor firepit despite the weather, we enjoyed it so much. This was the perfect place to escape, rest, and reconnect with my family.

This was just what we needed… and the property was beautiful! Host was very helpful the house was clean and very accommodating to our family!

Worked out great and just what was needed for a one night stay in the area.
