Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen! Serge ist der perfekte Gastgeber, zuvorkommen, immer da aber trotzdem zurückhaltend, höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit - uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es hat an nichts in dieser luxuriösen, absolut durchdachten Unterkunft gefehlt. Hochwertige Geräte in der top ausgestatteten Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, Alu-& Frischhaltefolie usw.), gemütliches Sofa&Bett, schönes Bad, es war schön warm (im doch kühlen April). Unsere Wäsche konnten wir waschen und auch im Trockner trocknen lassen. Vor den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, im Schlafzimmer gute Verdunklungsvorhänge und für tagsüber schönen Sichtschutz. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem großen Parkplatz, das Auto hat man von Wohnzimmer&Küche immer im Blick. Wir werden wiederkommen! Un grand merci à Miguel et Carla pour leur accueil !! Ils ont été très disponibles, arrangeant et accueillants. Leurs logement était très propre et la localisation est exceptionnelle (tout proche du centre d’Amsterdam). Nous avons passé, un très bon séjour dans leur logement. Je recommande vivement !!

Bel appartement à la décoration chaleureuse et très bien équipé que ça soit en produits et en matériel pour cuisine. Un coup de cœur pour la terrasse à l’écart du bruit de la ville. L’appartement est bien situé dans le centre ville où l’on peut tout faire à pieds. Belle découverte de la ville de Hoorn qui est très charmante et d’où on peut visiter Amsterdam comme ses environs. Merci pour les instructions très claires et l’accueil.

Every room was gorgeous. I stayed with my sister and my mum and we enjoyed the space so much. The location is a perfect place to explore the city. Only 20 minutes from the station and 15 minutes from Jordaan. We spent a lot of time at the local cafe/bar Mads. Helene was responsive and flexible. I would defo come back and recommend to a friend

Un lugar simplemente maravilloso, todo automatizado, la vista espectacular, y totalmente igual que en las fotografías. Tuve un problema al ingresar ya que el código de ingreso no funcionaba (por culpa mía) y al haber llegado después de las 17 horas no había nadie para atender presencialmente, había un número de teléfono 24 horas pero nosotros no tenemos número Europeo, tuve que solicitar un teléfono a una persona para poder llamar. De todas maneras la persona del teléfono es un 10/10, me ayudó a ingresar al departamento y a conseguir frazada extra (el sofá cama no tenía mantas). Es importante señalar que la dificultad para ingresar fue MI ERROR, ya que en las instrucciones venía escrito cómo ingresar, pero es importante saber que después de las 17 horas para recibir ayuda debe tener teléfono. Sin lugar a duda volvería, mi madre estaba encantada con la vista!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

The apartment was lovely and in a very central location. It was quiet and private which we liked. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s heated floors were amazing. We had a lovely time.

A 10/10 house and host, we absolutely loved staying here!!! I booked this place for my friend's bachelorette party and we had the perfect amount of space and comfort for a large group of girls. On top of that, it made the whole weekend feel stylish and chic. The beds were super comfortable, and the living room and dining area were perfect for hosting our games night in. We loved cooking in the kitchen and lounging in the garden while the sun was out. Antoinet picked us up from the airport which was an incredibly nice arrival experience to Amsterdam. We also had a wonderfully easy time catching the bus / metro to and from the house when we went out.

La maison de Noortje est vraiment charmante, très propre, pratique et encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Nous étions 5 personnes et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. L'arrêt de bus est juste à côté de la maison, il permet de se rendre rapidement au centre d'Amsterdam (en moins de 10 min) mais également de rayonner facilement dans la région (Edam, Volendam, Marken). A noter: une route assez passante à proximité de la maison mais cela 'était pas vraiment dérangeant.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Michelle. Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. An die Dusche mussten wir uns ein bisschen gewöhnen. Oostzaan ist ein beschaulicher Ort, toll zum spazieren. Wir haben die kostenlose Fähre von NDSM nach Amsterdam genutzt (danke für den guten Tipp). Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Anjas, Wohnung liegt günstig in mitten (Jahreszeit bedingt 🙃) wunderschöner Tulpenfelder. Zum Strand ist nur eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto - aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sehr gut machbar. Für uns war die Wohnung ein sehr guter Standort um die Umgebung zu erkunden und lang Spaziergänge am Strand zu machen. Die Beach Pavillons am Strand sind Extraklasse. Freundlich - zuvorkommend - preislich fair! (Da kennen wir anderes auf der DE Seite der Nordsee 😉. Alles in allem: we‘ll be back All the best Esther and Oliver

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft!!! Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt :-) Sie liegt sehr zentral direkt am Strand aber dennoch ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand mit vielen Strandbars sowie in den Dünen. Das Highlight ist aber der Ausblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen, direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Strand zu blicken und die Sonnenuntergänge zu bestaunen. Vom Schlafbereich schaut man direkt auf den Nationalpark. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ist super gelegen.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

Our weekend was very nice and the appartment is truly special :) The interior and the decoration is very interesting and you discover something new all the time. You just need to be aware that there are two steep stairs in the appartment which might cause some issues for people who are not really fit. If that is not a problem for you you should definetly go there :)

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!
