Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Located 15 minutes from Silverwood theme park, 20 minutes to Couer d' Alene/Hayden, 35 minutes to Spokane Valley.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
