You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

. Our home is located three minutes from Bellevue Avenue, abuts St Georges campus and is located between Easton's Beach in Newport and Sachuest Beach in Middletown. We are a one level California Ranch with a Private Entrance en Suite - a large bedroom, bathroom with a Private entrance and off street parking. My Husband and I can help make your stay here on the Island pleasant and trouble free with lots of recommendations. Perfect for Newport / Middletown Yachting, Wedding and Music events.

This bright studio is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. 7 min walk from the beaches as well as all seaside shops, restaurants, and Rejects brewery. PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. Recently renovated, it features an open plan concept as well as a private deck from where you can enjoy epic sunset and winter water views. Walk to Newport’s most famous beaches or go on adventures in the surroundings

This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

Situated only a mile from the area's best beaches, and 2 miles to downtown Newport, Hilltop is close to everything the area has to offer, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat so you can sit back and relax. - Hilltop is handicap accessible.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Welcome to our Fonzie suite. Our room has a private, locked entrance, that leads to above the garage. The room offers bright colors and ample sunshine, with a "beachy" theme. That's because it's only a five minute walk to Easton's beach and the scenic Cliff Walk to the east. Heading west, it would take about ten minutes to walk to downtown Newport.
