This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Great place, nice decor, very comfortable beds, very well equipped, good location, very easy communication.

Nice property really great company to rent from.. the only downside was noisy and rude neighbors. Everything else was good.

I would recommend this place a million times! It was terrific, and we plan to return soon!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

An absolute gem of a find !! If you are looking for a peaceful, calming, private yet a twenty minute drive from anything you want or need, quality downtime , then this is your spot. The pictures gives you a hint of the breathtaking waterbody but nothing comes close to the reality. Fabulous place ! Highly recommend the host and the property !! We can’t wait to be back !

House was great! Small but not too small and perfect for vacation rental. Med sized dog, husband, and toddler loved it. Kenzie leaves you everything you need from a raised double dog dish to dishwasher and laundry pods….awesome attention to detail. Pics don’t do it justice as more outside and living room seating have been added. Fire pit was really cute and everything to get it started and have a fire were there even though we didn’t get a chance. Reasonable driving distance to VA beach, zoo, and playgrounds. Food easily accessible both driving and walking. Grocery store is close drive but don’t forget your butter. The corner store sees you coming! It was super clean well done and would love to stay again. Thank you Kenzie for being a great host!

We stayed in Virginia for a bachelorette getaway. We had a wonderful time. It was definitely home away from home. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host for the guest. Amazing view over the lake.

We had an amazing stay! Anna was a communicative host and gave great recommendations. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The town rules and we rented a golf cart which Anna helped us figure out how to charge at the house. We will be back!

We love this house! Our dogs love to sit in outside porch and they have lots of room to play outside.

Scott and Melinda's place was perfect for a peaceful getaway for our family of 5. The water was so nice to wake up to and fall asleep hearing the water move by! The thought of all the basic needs and had everything easily accessible from fresh eggs from their chickens, a great variety of coffee pods and creamer, and all the other small needs that come up while staying in an airbnb. This was great since it is off the beaten path. If you are looking for some peaceful family time or a secluded retreat with friends, this is a perfect place!

We had a terrific stay. The house had every amenity we could have wanted. Tons of space, lots of entertainment, big bathrooms and gorgeous outdoor space to relax and eat. He also provided linens (I didn’t realize many places do not do this). Ryan was super responsive and friendly in his messages. Highly recommend!

Our day was absolutely wonderful. When we got there, Melissa and Michael were outside and they greeted us with their two dogs that our two-year-old loved so much and still is talking about. The inside of the house smelled so good and everything was so high-quality the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed from kitchenware to coffee creamer to coffee to tea to snacks. It was a great time! It was really nice to sit on the dock by the water where there was a wooden bench, and there were also some chairs out in the grass that we could sit in. 10 out of 10 recommend and would love to go back again. Also, great to be hosted by a fellow New Englander 😆

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Karla’s place. She is an incredible host. She supplied everything we needed for vacation. What i really loved is her attention to cleanliness. She sterilizes EVERYTHING in between guests. I really loved the perfect location. We were right by the beach. My kids went to the beach with grandpa every day, while i sat on the patio enjoying coffee while i watched them. We watched the sunrise in the morning on the beach and the sunset in the park across the street. The kids also swam in the indoor pool every day. Needless to say, everyone slept well at night. We were a perfect location for enjoying assateague, the boardwalk, tons of minigolf (old pro courses are the BEST), and fun things in fenwick and bethany. Check out coastal wilds! Karla, thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Very clean and very spacious!! Easy access to the beach, availability of beach chairs etc on the separate balcony was a blessing, little to no sand was tracked into the condo!! The pool rules are a little strict (no eating on the pool deck) so lunch by the pool was a no-go :( but everything else was great!! Highly recommend for a stress free stay!! Thanks Jodi :)

Beautiful view on the bay. Ally was very thorough & communicative throughout the process. Only thing that is kind of a bummer is that linens are not included. But other than that, I highly recommend Ally's condo.

Convenient to the beach, clean and easily accessible.

Absolutely perfect all around!! The location was great with a ton of shops, food and drinks in walking distance. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and the pool was typically quiet the whole week! The layout of the condo was ideal for our family (2 adults and 1 toddler). Our daughter got her own room which made getting her to sleep away from home a breeze (there was also plenty of room for her pack and play). The bayside balcony was great to keep all of our beach stuff (with a secure lock too) so we didn’t have to worry about taking up space in the condo or bringing sand in! The ocean view was amazing and the patio furniture was very comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We were sad to leave and definitely plan to stay here again! :)

We Love this condo, it’s extremely roomy, comfortable and excellent location. It is equipped with everything needed from kitchen to extra towels/blankets. It was a beautiful and peaceful Xmas. Both Frank & Katie are quick to respond, willing to help with any situation (we had a snowstorm) and communicate beautifully. I am sincerely grateful for Frank & Katie, host like this is what makes Airbnb. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at Seawatch for many years so we’re already familiar with the great location. The condo was exactly as described and was a great place for our family. Would definitely book again.

Rodrigo’s place was beautiful and in a superb location! There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Rodrigo made every effort to fix the issues as swiftly as possible. The apartment has many great details such as towel warmers and two balconies. The hotel itself had some really awesome amenities such as an indoor pool and a movie theater. There is also beach access behind the hotel. We had a great experience at Rodrigo’s and I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Ocean City Maryland!
