Die Lage war perfekt um zu entspannen. Kleines Häuschen, dass genug Platz für zwei bietet. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin da. Das umzäuntes Grundstück war perfekt um zu spielen. Viele Spaziermöglichkeiten. Der sehr sauberes Strand könnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Aber wenn wir dann mit Auto unterwegs waren, könnten wir kostenlos gleich neben dem Stand parken. Ich kann mir weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schöne Aussicht, die Lage des Pools ist atemberaubend! Wir hatten eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung, würden sofort wiederkommen. Luka s Vater ist sehr hilfsbereit und man hat trotzdem viel Privatsphäre.

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus von Tomislav! Es gibt 2 Wohnungen mit separatem Eingang, was für uns (2 Familien) perfekt war. Durch die Außenküche konnten wir den ganzen Tag draußen sein - das war so schön! Das Haus hat einen großen, eingefassten Garten und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Das Meer und der kleine Stadtkern ist in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tomislav ist hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und sehr sympathisch - wir haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Me and my friend group stayed at Teo's and it was better than what we could have hoped for. The location is a perfect amount of socialization and peaceful nothingness. The house is very big and well kept, big rooms and cozy places to chill. But the prettiest part is the private beach that comes with the house. All in all we had an amazing time and highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Since we are young people and quite loud, we could be as loud as possible since the first Neighbours were 500m away. Teo is a great host, but he wasnt there at the time so his mother kindly welcomed us as well. Really wanted to make everything possible for us, what ever we needed, even offered tht she drives our trash to the bin. So we were all very pleased with the hosts mother and the place and would definitely return.

Die Fotos verraten schon, wie besonders das Haus von Paulina ist. Aber wenn man erst dort ist... Das Haus ist einfach unglaublich. So wunderschön und liebevoll. Es beweist welche handwerklichen Meister die Menschen früher waren und das so etwas auch heute noch möglich ist. Auch in den Betten (Japanische Futton-Matrazen) haben wir fantastisch geschlafen Und dann die Lage, so nah am See (mit Blick auf den See vom 1. Stock): der kristallklare Hanza! Das Kajak konnten wir immer benutzen und haben mit Kindern und Hund Tagestouren gemacht. Und wir wurden so freundlich begrüßt und in alles eingewiesen. Per Handy bekamen wir immer schnel Antwort, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Vielen, vielen lieben Dank für alles!

La casa si trova vicino a tanti posti immersi nella natura. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono sentieri e falesia per arrampicata, attrezzata quest' ultima molto bene. Poi con la macchina abbiamo raggiunto campo avventura ben organizzato, nei periodi di festa meglio prenotare dal sito. Ci sono nel paese un paio di bar che fanno anche da piccoli alimentari, vicinissimi alla casa. Poi al Balzolo si mangia molto bene. Le persone sono molto gentili ma non solo gli ospiti della casa ma anche le persone del paese. Quindi se siete alla ricerca una vacanza o do un fine settimana in natura e calma durante la notte questo è un posto che consiglio!

Doskonałe miejsce na relaks. Można się wyciszyć, podziwiać przyrodę i delektować się widokiem domu, ogrodu, stawu. Najlepsza regeneracja jaką można sobie wyobrazić. Chętnie wrócę jak znikną osy, które chyba nas bardzo lubiły. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Die Unterkunft von Frank ist sehr speziell und wunderschön, das Erdhaus ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Es hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Das Gastgeberpaar ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Rentiersuppe am ersten Abend, beim offenen Kamin war hervorragend. Diese Unterkunft können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Sehr Familiäres Verhältnis, es war sowie beschrieben. Es gab ein Gastgeschenk und außerdem wurde uns auch Wassermelone geschenkt, Bauerneier oder auch Getränke ausgegeben, immer wieder gerne 👌

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Great place. Extremely central to old town. Lots of steps up to apartments but worth it based on the location as it is close to shops, restaurants and the port. Adriana was amazing. She was very responsive and helped with all of our questions.

This was the best holiday. The best house, town, food, wine, pool, views, everything, and that's not even including how amazing Ramona's parents were. Genuinely we had the best week, and will 100% be returning soon. Thanks!

Casa bellissima! Cucina super attrezzata e posizione molto bella. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con le vespe, perché si era fatto un nido sul tetto e non siamo potuti stare nel terrazzino. Complessivamente però molto contenti di esserci stati!

Lovely place, spacious and well designed. Beautiful terrace. The only downside for some could be a considerable climb up the hill, which we didn’t mind that much. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, I would like to thank Oscar for his warm welcome. It is a place of amazing beauty and full of peace. The rooms, the colours, the overall atmosphere, the authenticity - everything made my heart happy. Oscar lives nearby, but we felt like we were the only residents. In fact, it is the pictures that do not convey the true beauty of the villa. You will definitely be satisfied and happy if you choose to stay here. I rarely write reviews about places I visit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit als kleine Familie bei Mirko in Rom. Er war stehts proaktiv und entgegenkommend. Der Garten und das Haus sind wirklich sehr schön mit tollen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Die Hühner waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt. Das Trampolin haben die Kinder auch viel genutzt. Das Haus liegt ca 20 min mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen, und ca 20 min von der Piazza Venezia im Zentrum mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Kinder haben mir gesagt, dass ich das Haus sehr gut ausgewählt habe, und sowas sagen Kinder selten!

We absolutely LOVED this property. The a space was perfect for a quiet few days to begin our first ever trip to the region. The restaurants in the area were perfect for our evening meals and we were able to grab groceries at the market up the street (walking distance) for breakfasts and lunches. We ordered an Uber for a day in Old Town Dubrovnik and it was closer than we thought. The walk to the beach helped us get our steps in. The views were spectacular. I can’t say enough to capture the essence of this space. Our favorite pieces were the private hot tub and the outdoor fire place. Thank you!!!💗

Amazing newly-built house in a quiet green street near Cheb. We had a great time as did our daughter. The house is very thoughtfully put together and Miloš is an excellent host. Strongly recommend and would love to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Dina and Florin are warm, lovely, very approachable people whom went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We have stayed for two nights in the Mexican House and would love to be back for a more extended period. Just living in such a house for two days is a beautiful experience in itself. It is a perfect place to go on hikes with kids or just enjoy the house and surroundings if it rains. Thank you for everything , we had an amazing time.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich und der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es wurden uns sogar Kuchen, Gemüse und Getränke bereitgestellt. Der hausgemachte Limoncello war besonders lecker. Luca war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, ein sehr freundlicher und außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber!
