We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

stayed here for a city break. Clare's dog friendly guide (emailed and also in a folder at the property) was most helpful, and our dog appreciated the treats offered. Very convenient for a walk to York Minster and the city walls. would recommend!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

We had a brilliant few days in York. The location is very central so there was an abundance of places to go and things to do right on the doorstep. A section of the medieval walls even goes through the back garden! The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and comfortable with some extra touches like milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine too. Some reviewers have mentioned the shower being a bit weak but we found it to be fine. One thing to note is that you do need to pay for parking if you drive to York, which can get expensive but there is plenty of parking close by. Thank you Karen.

We loved our stay at Bramble Cottage and will definitely return. Comfy beds and seating and clean modern kitchen. It was really cosy in the evenings with the wood burner. It was such a relief to have a properly secure garden for the dogs.

Had a lovely couple of days in York at Gary's house. The house is beautifully furnished and well located within the city walls with easy access to all York has to offer. We were also very appreciative of Gary's assistance in relation to a couple of matters following the visit too, such as when we thought we had left some airpods in the house (but actually hadn't).

What an amazing place! Great location and wonderful accommodation! The host was so helpful from start to finish! We had a lovely 2 night stay. The views are incredible too!

The location is perfect for a short 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. Really easy to find in and check in was straight forward. For people who are looking for something quirky that fits the area that they are visiting, the place is perfect. Be prepared though, the listing states that the house is wonky and low- it certainly is that. Our plans changed and we ended up taking my parents. For people in their late 60s, navigating the stairs was somewhat tricky. Overall a great experience. The only downside for me is that the socialising spaces are quite dark and not very comfortable, but if it’s mainly a base for sleeping then it’s perfect.

Great location with shop right on doorstep! Lovely comfortable beds, Tv in each room. Clean fresh linen and towels. Great access and layout. Good amenities with tea coffee on arrival. Lovely restaurant recommendations. Went to both "Ate o'clock and Cut and craft" great food and drink!! Very reasonable price for the stay. Lovely and friendly host. Friendly neighbours and locals! This is a Gem of a property so close to City centre with parking. The property itself is lovely and quite spacious. we would definitely love to visit again. And the pass the Keys team are fantastic so quick to respond.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

Had such a fantastic stay here. The flat was absolutely pristine. Had everything we required. We parked on the drive but there is also parking just round the corner. A beautiful walk along the river into town and also an easy walk from the station. York is such a beautiful city. Highly recommend the Star Inn The City for cocktails on the terrace by the river, easily walkable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

We had a great stay at this flat! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. The flat itself is in great condition: fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches the host provided—tea, snacks, shampoo, bin bags, and even wireless chargers by each bed and a wireless speaker. These details really make a difference when you’re staying for a short time. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Perfect place for visiting the university. Well decorated, very clean. Sharon provided everything you could possibly need - including milk in the fridge. Communication was great and very friendly.

Great location, lovely building, and a short walk from York Minster. The apartment was clean and tidy with an amazing shower. The only minor negative was a slight bad drain smell (?) on arrival, this went away after a bit of an airing.
