This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

Rabbit Retreat was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for a great stay in a peaceful location. Lovely lawned area with garden furniture and the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊. Jeanette was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely recommend a stay here snd hope to return later this summer.

Sykes Holiday at Nightingale was lovely. The flat itself was fully furnished with modern furniture, the kitchen had ample space & modern appliances making it easy to cook for 10 people. Bedroom and bathrooms were minimally decorated, leaving plenty of space for luggage and belongings when visiting. Towels and other amenities were provided (as mentioned in the listing). The pool was lovely and warm, with heated flooring, with plenty of space for activities. The hosts themselves were great at communicating check in / check out and any other important information, and friendly when speaking too. Overall, nightingale is a lovely flat space & definitely worth the money, with plenty of things to do close by ☺️

Can't reccomend Langton Hall and Ellie enough! 12 of us stayed there (inc 2 small children) and we couldn't have asked for better. The pictures don't do it justice and Ellie was so responsive and friendly prior to arriving and the staff onsite during our stay were also lovely. Highly reccomended.

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

The five of us and our young dog had a lovely Easter weekend staying at Lisa’s house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with some wonderful coastal walks nearby to wear us out. The garden was large with plenty for our dog to explore and the house was as described with a modern well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining area and comfortable beds in bedrooms with plenty of storage. You need to do your research to find pubs and restaurants that allow dogs as they need to be driven to and pre booking is recommended. Our host Lisa was very accommodating and responded to all our questions quickly and helpfully. A visit to the nearby Flamborough Head lighthouse and coastal walk is a must to see the seals on the secluded beach. We would certainly book again.

Loved the comfort of the place as well as its accessibility to the City Centre.!! Everything within the house was in perfect condition, peaceful surrounding neighbourhood and the service from Lo and Hellen was always readily available. you can't go wrong with this pick!!!

We visited York as a treat for my daughter's 30th birthday. The home was absolutely stunning, comfortable furniture, fabulous quality bedding and furnishings. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Literally 5 mins away from the centre but a really quiet and peaceful area. It was lovely to sit in the yard area in the sun whilst having our morning coffees. Parking was close and really easy to find. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting York, much better experience than a hotel.

We had a great few days at Gaynor's house. It is just as described and there were lots of nice touches. Everything was really clear. It was also great to walk the 15 mins into the city centre. We will certainly stay again next time we come to York.

You won’t be disappointed with this place, the photos don’t do it justice ,it’s simply beautiful. It’s worth every penny and you feel so at home , the hosts are just lovely ,so welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate guests needs . We loved it ,wish we was staying longer .

Had a wonderful 3 nights at Celeste’s beautiful home, the house was very clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Bus stop near to the house for easy access to York town centre and a nice pub just a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely return.

We've had a lovely one night stay. This is a beautiful house finished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful touches. Really quiet location but only 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Jim was very responsive when we messaged; no problems with anything but helpful communication before and during our stay. Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely stay at this annex. We had pretty much everything we could need. The snacks and wine were a nice touch. The annex was clean and well-presented. It was a bit cold in the annex but there was a heater and an electric blanket in the bed.

Fabulous weather helped, so enjoyed using the outdoor space and dining conservatory. The location very handy for town centre, minster and walks. Convenient parking behind the property. Had an enjoyable break in Alice's accommodation.

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I along with our dog have just spent 2 nights in Hornsea at Julie’s property. This is a lovely home and Julie has to be commended for attention to detail and how spotlessly clean it is. So kind of you Julie to provide items such as wine , beer , milk and breakfast pastries. I would highly recommend this home for people to stay in and use as a base to explore Hornsea and the wider area. If you like beach walking Fraisthorpe beach which was recommended to us by Julie is superb, miles of sandy beach with no dog restrictions. Thanks again Julie for all of your help , nothing was ever too much trouble. First class all round !!

This is a very lovely place for a nice, quiet stay. This was genuinely the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at, and the beds were SO comfortable!! The place was cute and homey and Mandy is a very thoughtful host, there was even milk waiting for us in the fridge to make tea with! Could not have hoped for a better experience.

What a lovely place. So spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked the beds were comfy and everything was straight forward and easy to use. The garden area was delightful. Overall would highly recommend !

Fantastic location really close to the city centre and all that York has to offer. Perfect house for our group of five ladies arriving from all points of the compass having 5 bedrooms and two parking spaces. Well equipped and spacious with outdoor space too. Thank you so much 😊
