The lodges are a collection of trailer homes. The place looked a bit more spacious in pictures but overall we were happy with our stay. The lodge was well furnished and cozy. We were allowed an early check in which was very kind. Communication through Airbnb was spotty but the lodge has a front desk and staff to help. We did not use the hot tub but amenities were great - shop to buy essentials and food, sauna, and gym.

What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

We had an amazing time at Fay’s yurt, both her and Jamie were super helpful and very friendly, they made us feel very welcome and explained everything to us on arrival while showing us around as well as giving us some tips of places to visit nearby. They were attentive and there to help us when we needed but also gave us privacy. The yurt itself is unreal, really clean and tidy with everything we needed inside and the log fire was great, made the place so cosy. The walled garden is absolutely beautiful and the 3 friendly goats were a real highlight for us, we went to see them every morning! The kitchen and bathroom areas were well stocked and clean, it was great to have access to them both and made our stay really comfortable. The surrounding areas are also stunning, a truly special place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay. It’s well situated for visiting the places we wanted to go. We would love to go back, thank you for having us! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Vicki and Jim's lovely home. The house was spotless on arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. They provided everything you could need and the private outdoor area with the hot tub and sauna was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely return in the future.

What an amazing weekend! We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. It was very peaceful, private and there were beautiful surroundings with opportunity to do some walks. The accommodation was clean and tidy. We were amazed at the great use of space, it was very thought out. We met Jenny on arrival. We thought this was really personal and made us feel very comfortable. Michael was very responsive and provided us with local recommendations for food and attractions. The sauna was a really good addition to our stay. Instructions were very clear and we felt safe to enjoy the experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking in the future! This is the third time we have rented Ashleigh’s amazing home - first for our Son’s wedding and twice for our family ‘Fake Christmas’. It is the PERFECT place to prepare and serve a large family dinner, spacious, great equipment/utensils and comfortable. The house was decorated beautifully with a gorgeous tree, Christmas bed linen and other decorations. Ashleigh even left little treats for our Grandchildren! Her attention to detail is second to none! I truly believe that we couldn’t find a place anywhere more suited to our needs. Ashleigh is extremely attentive and responds to messages quickly and informatively. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Ashleigh’s home highly enough. It ticks every box, amazing host, fantastic space and brilliant location. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect in every way – truly flawless. This place is ideal for all types of stays, especially when traveling with family. It felt just like home, warm and welcoming, with everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return next time.

Our family (4 couples, 2 little ones -22months and 3 weeks!!, and 2 dogs) had booked Hazels place from last year for our annual weekend away this month (April). Its not always easy to find somewhere with 4 en-suite bedrooms, so delighted to see this available. The listings was all it said and more! The property has 2 gardens, 1 with a small pool, with frogs, and the 2nd has a chicken coop with around 12 chickens, and some rare breeds we think? My grand niece absolutely loved both gardens and they are great for children. The house also has a children's play area, and again my grandniece loved it, and rightly so. For the adults the cinema room with its 80inch TV is something else, adds huge enjoyment to an evening in, the large dining table was enjoyed by all of us, for breakfasts and dinners. The open plan kitchen/sitting area is perfect for chilling and keeping an eye on the kids in the play area, the house is right in the centre of Alyth, perfect for exploring, we may well be back.

lovely stay! pretty scenery. comfortable bed. it was mostly quiet. Just a bit of road noise when cars use the drive. enjoyed the sauna. very much a lovely experience.
