My family of 11 stayed here for 3 days and we enjoyed our time. The host was great and helped us out to resolve a prompt issue we had one day and they were very responsive and understanding. The home is beautiful and would stay here again!

This was a perfect place for family vacation. Love the private backyard for kids and place for sitting outside for barbeque. The inside was spacious for moving around love the decor made me feel like I was at home. The kitchen was great made me feel like a Chef all week preparing meals for family. Will definitely come back again and recommend to others that visit the Memphis area. Not to far from Airport which is a plus when catching flight . Nice and clean inside and outside for your stay. Well pleased ❤️ In additional great communication skills for any feedback during the stay.

This was a wonderful home in a great location, and the host was super responsive and helpful. This airbnb was spotless - probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped which was very helpful as we needed to make several meals at home. There were plenty of towels and nice toiletries as well. The attached garage was easy to access and very convenient. This was a wonderful home away from home.

This was our second stay at this house. It works great for our needs. Would recommend it to any family that needs a safe and convenient place to stay.

I really can't say enough about how gracious and kind Gabe was to my family and me. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean. Gabe responded to any message I sent timely. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this host.

The stay at this house was great !! The house was super clean and she is also responsive in a quick manner to make sure your stay goes smooth. House looks just like the pictures. It was beautiful!

I travel a lot, and this is one of the cleanest and most charming air bnb's I've ever stayed in. I was only there a couple of nights, but it felt like home and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It's nicely decorated without feeling cluttered. It's updated, while still retaining the original historic character of the home. The kitchen was well stocked, nice toiletries in the bath ... all the basics, plus some thoughtful extras like make-up wipes and premium coffee pods. The bed I slept it was very comfortable. My only issue was that the television only worked part of the time as there was a disconnect with the internet issue, which the owner has agreed to address right away. Would definitely stay again.

In a world of lies and deception, Mark represents good old fashioned integrity and truth. Everything is exactly as described. All air bnb owners should look to Mark as a role model. Best air bnb experience ever for us. Amazing everything. 👍🏼

The unit we had looked exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of towels and rags to use, even had little travel size essentials that may have been needed. The unit was very clean and the check in process was very easy. Host communicated very well. Also I don’t think there could have been a better location to stay in. Literally not far from anything.

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was fine, from communication to check-out. The accommodation looks just like in the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and, above all, safe. The only thing I would point out is that the floor of the house hadn’t been cleaned, although everything else was clean. The pedestrian gate is a bit difficult to open; we had some trouble with it because it’s old and worn out.

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

if you are reading this review & looking to book just go ahead and book! 10/10 i will recommend and definitely keep this place in mind when visiting memphis again! very helpful communicating host!

Cathy's place was perfect for us! Very comfortable and had everything we needed, highly recommend.
