Great location on the sea front, approx a mile walk to Heacham or Hunstanton. Great set up for like us a large family with 2 small dogs. The accommodation was faultlessly warm at all times, which was appreciated when coming back from a wet and windy walk. Great utility room to dry your wet clothing in. We had everything we needed which made our stay enjoyable (could have done with more toilet rolls, had to source some more) Overall we had a great staycation, all I would say is if you are travelling without dogs, remember dogs have stayed here. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Best house on the fitties for beach location without a doubt! Set back so nice and peaceful Lots of throws and seating so nice and comfortable Immaculate throughout Internet was really bad but I believe the whole of the holiday park is, even though there was a router it just didn’t really kick much out But as a family of 3 and a black lab, we had the best stay

This is a real beauty of a bungalow. The photos don't do it justice. The rooms are light,bright and airy, the garden is totally private and absolutely gorgeous and the views out the front are amazing. The bungalow is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. We really didn't want to leave. Coupled with an excellent host who was very responsive to my messages, this place is a gem. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous accommodation and very helpful and responsive hosts. Exceeded our expectations. Both house and gardens beautifully presented and everything provided ( we are used to bringing our own household items etc but everything was provided). Welcome pack was excellent We were a 3 generation group and it suited us all perfectly. Beach hut was the icing on a fabulous cake, and with the glorious weather this was a real boon. We have admired all the beach huts at Wells but didn’t think we’d ever get to use one!! Can’t recommend this place highly enough- only reservation would be that it would make getting another booking more difficult and we would love to return!!! Would give it 6 stars if that was an option

We had a wonderful break here and it worked as the perfect base for our long weekend visiting Cadwell Park. We will certainly be back and would recommend anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area to strongly consider the Shamba, it truly was an idyllic setting and had everything we needed.

Fabulous place to stay for a relaxing break within close distance to explore surrounding areas. Harry's house is lovely and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We were a family of 7 and 1 dog staying for a couple of nights and we had a great time and really enjoyed using the hot tub. Would recommend.

We just left here after a 6 week stay in between a house move and we didn't want to leave! It felt like home immediately and was a real comfort to us during a stressful house move time. The hosts are wonderful, kind people and we are grateful to them for their help and support. Making friends with their dog topped our stay off nicely. Great place and amazing hosts. Thank you.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. Would recommend if you like peace and quiet or walking. Judith is an excellent host. The place of stay is lovely and clean and homely. Excellent complimentary breakfast, plus tea /coffee /milk etc. Judith is very helpful and will accommodate you as much as she possibly can... Felt very much at home.. Will definitely return. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Huis was schoon & opgeruimd, lijkt wel op de leefruimte waar normaliter een gezin woont. Slaapkamer op de foto’s is fijn, goed bed. Badkamer ook schoon, prima douche. De tweede slaapkamer ontbreekt echter van de foto’s, dit is ook de slaapkamer van de kinderen en in dit bed passen helaas niet 2 (volwassen) personen waardoor wij niet met zijn allen in de woning paste. Communicatie met Michal was fijn, reageert snel en een heel vriendelijk kaartje bij binnenkomst, mooie geste. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad, kerst kunnen vieren met de familie die in Scunthorpe woont. Dank voor de gastvrijheid Michal.

I want to be honest and say, when you book property there are loads of rules coming through with the booking and detailed instructions which put us off in the beginning because we were going to our annual gathering with friends,we did even think about cancellation because it was looking like really strict place!! Howeverrrr once you enter the place,the beauty and peace catches you and you can’t get enough of it :) Really enjoyed our stay and we did regret that we didn’t book for more night We did met Paul as well very friendly and welcoming I will definitely go back and thanks for hospitality

We were four adults and two little dogs and there was lots of space for us. Everything we needed and very welcoming.

Great caravan, great communication , great location... well worth the money hot tub was a great feature easy to use and clean. Will definately stay again in the future.
