Everything was perfect and went smoothly right from the check-in. The place itself although located in a busy street was very peaceful and had no outside noise at all. The cleaning and staff were super helpful and lovely. And Soraya was always answering and helping immediately when needed. The pictures matched the reality and the door-to-door laundry service was extremely useful. 10/10 would definitely recommend

The place lived up to the advert and Gabriel and Kirene were very helpful, trusting and available as required but totally respectful of your privacy. Although there are a few local warungs and KFC is only an 8 minute walk away , we preferred to take taxis to international beach restaurants a little further away and found the local Grab service arrived usually in 5 minutes or less and journey costs equal to the meter start up price in Thailand where we reside. If you are over 60, walking in the high humidity of Bali can be quickly exhausting and motorcycles too dangerous, so taxis become an important factor if based here. We prefer living away from dense tourist areas, like Kuta, and this location was an excellent base to explore the port end of Sanur, visit our friends who lived locally and escape to Ubud and the volcanos for day trips. A very quiet, safe, cost effective, comfortable and friendly place to base a Bali holiday. We stayed 10 days and would recommend the place highly.

Book this place now! The hosts are so responsive and helpful with recommendations and even helped us get a driver whenever we needed. The place is super clean and beautiful. The balcony overlooking the beach is amazing. You are able to use all the resort pools and restaurant and they have a store that has massages although we didn’t have time to get one. The beach is beautiful but rocky in some places. But this was fun for us to be able to find so many beautiful shells and rocks! The black sand is so pretty and there are plenty of places to explore or lay out on the beach. Adam, Jean, Pariatna and Bebe were the best hosts!

Traumhaft! Wir fragten uns vor der Buchung, wieso das Hotel so makellose Bewertungen hat und sind uns jetzt sicher, dass es diese auch verdient hat! Wir schliefen 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und es war von Anfang bis Ende Top! Mit dem Taxi/ Roller (kann man für 100 Rupien den Tag mieten) in 15 Minuten in Ubud Zentrum. Super um dem extremen Trubel zu entkommen, aber dennoch nah genug, um schnell dort zu sein. Frühstück Top. Zimmer Mega! Sehr schönes Hotel. Alle waren super super freundlich. Es gab Empfehlungen für die Gegend zum Nachlesen und unsere Wäsche konnte innerhalb von einem Tag gewaschen werden. Vielen Dank! Nach einer langen Indonesien Reise genau das, was wir gebraucht haben! Wir würden nicht mehr nach Ubud kommen, aber aufjedenfall in ein Hotel von Kadek!

It was perfect for me and my partners needs. The location is great, it’s quiet and super friendly between staff and other co workers. The room is dated but we didn’t have issues I would stay here again. Only thing to note is power not included and it’s estimated at 20k IDR per day.

great location, heart of town. so many great cafes next door and they rented me a scooter to explore for the week. hosts are so nice and helpful, i would stay for months next time.

I worked from here for 4 weeks, on the first day the internet was a little spotty so spoke to Suryo and the staff and within 24 hours they had installed an additional router in my room so my internet was fine for video calls and sharing. The location is walkable to the beach but in most cases it's easier to get a bike which are always pretty available. The staff are friendly and responsive with the room being cleaned every day at a time that suited my work schedule. They fumigate the place at least once a week so there were no issues with mosquitos even with daily rain and being by the pool (which is amazing). They arranged taxi transfer from the airport and happily waited while my flight was delayed for 3 hours at no additional cost to me which was great! If I were to stay in the Seminyak area again I would happily stay here again. Thanks so much to Suryo and the team!

I stayed here for 2 months. The accommodation was very clean. The linen has been changed. You need a scooter here. The people here are very friendly and helpful. I will come back.

Все было отлично, нас заранее предупредили о дне тишины и о том что аэропорты не будут работать в этот день (как и вся инфраструктура). В сам день тишины нам предложили обед и мы всеми постояльцами отлично провели время вместе. В общем рекомендую

I love this Airbnb! The location was perfect for me — no construction or roosters nearby and it’s overlooking a river & lush jungle view. I loved my morning sunrises out on the balcony staring into the gorgeous jungle. There’s loud drumming nearby on some nights between 8-10pm, but besides that it’s very peaceful. I work online and was able to have Zoom calls, although the connection was sometimes slow. But I made it work! The room is simple, clean, and comfortable. Firm mattress. A desk for working. A/C. Bathtub was lovely. Simple outdoor kitchen where I cooked many meals with the dreamy view. I’m actually currently in the bigger room upstairs because I wanted to extend my stay :) The surrounding area has lots of rice fields & beautiful walking paths. The School of Unified Healing is a 5 min walk and has tons of free classes! Cocoku has great food & fresh fruit. Pyramids of Chi has a free shuttle into town. This room is a simple little nature sanctuary and I definitely recommend it!

The Team is absolutely amazing everyone is super nice and helpful. Communication was always easy and fast. Room get‘s cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Only negative point would be the location, unfortunately it‘s a bit too far from everything so no cafes or anything in walking distance just keep that in mind when you book :) Beside that accommodation is really nice and spacious.

tempat yg nyaman dan bersih untuk keluarga. keluar masuk mudah dan flexible 24 jam. kadang suka ga dapet parkir di depan rumahnya, tapi tersedia garasi di belakang bangunan. sarannya cuma kurangnya penggantian handuk dan hanya tersedia 2 helai

we had a great time staying at the apartment! check-in went very smoothly and the courtyard is very nice! there isn’t too much to do in the immediate area but the main part was very accessible by scooter or grab so that wasn’t a problem at all. would definitely come back!

tempat yang rekomen untuk sejenak beristirahat dari kegiatan. tempatnya tdk seberapa besar tapi cukup untuk keluarga kecil kami (2 org dewasa 2 org anak ). fasilitas yg di tawarkan juga enak. kamar lengkap peralatannya, bersih dan terawat. pemilik sangat komunikatif . :)

Отличная уютная вилла в самом центре Куты, Если вы хотите уютную спокойную виллу, одновременно в центре тусовок Куты, в 15 минутой удаленности от океана и множества серф школ, то вам именно сюда! Вилла чистая, уютная, аккуратная, в ней есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания: душевая, полотенца, кондиционер, плита, посуда, телевизор, высокоскоростной WiFi, и тишина по ночам, хотя тебя отделяют только 5-7 минут ходьбы от тусовочного центра. По другую сторону от виллы в 5-ти минутой шаговой доступности жилая улица, где можно посмотреть как живут местные, купить множество фруктов по прекрасным ценам. Очень рекомендую! Роберт и Крика всегда готовы помочь и посоветовать лучшие места по лучшим ценам. Я третий год подряд выбрала остановиться у Роберта и ни капли не сожалею об этом! Ребята работают качественно, все на высшем уровне.
