Thanks Nicole for being a great host. We loved the cottage and with the snow around, it felt like a winter wonderland. Taking back a lot of wonderful memories from here but we would definitely love to come back here during summer to make some more memories and enjoy the summer activities.

We stayed for one night only and Joan’s place was just lovely, the apartment was very spacious and clean looking out to the lake. I would definitely stay again and longer!

Our stay at Stella’s lakeside cottage was nothing short of magical! The winter scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with the peaceful lake creating a serene and cozy atmosphere. Stella was an outstanding host—super responsive, thoughtful, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

Lisa and Al are such amazing hosts, we always feel so welcome and will be returning regularly. This place is literally a slice of Heaven and a must visit. 100 stars if I had the option. Thanks Lisa and Al for a wonderful weekend at your property!!

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

Where would I even begin? This was by far the best experience I’ve had. The unit exceeded expectations, it really did make you feel at home from the moment you walked in. It is honestly so nice, zero complaints. The host’s were absolutely amazing. They were so responsive to any need I had no matter how big or small, and made everything just so comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever come across a group quite like them again. I would highly recommend this unit and any other unit listed under the host’s. They made being away from home and the struggles of daily life feel effortless. I am grateful for all they did and accommodated for me. As I said, best experience I’ve had by far.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Lynn’s. She kindly let us used some snowshoes which was a must to explore the snowy nearby trails. The sauna and jaccuzi were really appreciated to warm up after a day in the cold! Would like to come back in the summer or fall as it must be stunning as well!

Larry’s place was fantastic, very clean lots of amenities and a great location. Me and a few guys came here for an ice fishing trip that went very well, we all had a great time.

Great place to stay for a large group of people! Very spacious with lots of room inside and outside. The lake is on the smaller side if you have a pwc but during the week there is almost no other boat traffic so it worked great for us with tubing, boating, and fishing! The cottage itself is a little dated but there was everything we needed to enjoy our stay:)

We had the most magical week at Heather's cottage--and not just because of the good weather. The cottage itself delivered on every front and worked beautifully for our family--rooms perfectly appointed, a deck made of dreams and access to the water that worked for all ages. We felt right at home straight away and our only disappointment was having to check out at the end of the week. Would return in a heartbeat.

The surroundings were serene, with lovely views and nature all around. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. Crew of five had a great stay without any issues, house was well stocked and very clean.

We spent two nights at the cottage and that was awesome. Angela made it very simple with clear information about dos and don't. Available outdoor activities are great and even enjoyed lighting the firepit. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend Angela 's cottage as it is found in very quiet and peaceful place. Had a great time at cottage. Great Location on a nice calm Lake. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Very Clean and nice kitchen and BBQ. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Dome and other huts on property would be fun to stay at as well. Have already recommended this property and will probably be back.
