Such a beautiful home. We had a great time staying here. Very clean. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Host was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Really nice accommodation that is close to the West Highlands Way. It is equipped with everything that you could need, and we were provided with a nice selection of food and drink for breakfast.

First stay at James's property and have to say I will be back assuming it is available on my next trip to Glasgow. Very comfortable property and easy access to the centre of Milngavie. James popped in to say hello on arrival which was a really nice touch. The property itself was perfect in terms of space to move around, excellent facilities and the peace and quiet to relax. I would recommend it to anyone considering properties in Milngavie and excellent value.

Amazing home from home house with the added bonus of a hot tub and a pool table to help unwind. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook for large numbers.

Staying here has been an absolute pleasure! We came to visit family from the United States but wanted our own space to relax and experience the town, while also having our privacy. We were able to explore the village, make dinner for our family and didn’t have to worry about anything because Elaine made sure we had everything we needed and more! Elaine was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. This apartment is a true gem - well decorated, comfortable mattresses, Scottish Fine soaps in the shower room and in an excellent location! Highly recommend - we will for sure be back again!

We had a fabulous night away. Moira sent clear instructions and key code before arrival. The place was beautiful, peaceful and spotless. We had a message incase we needed anything but we had everything we needed. fabulous time, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the quiet. Moira is a fabulous host and I would recommend to others and would return again 😊

Un magnifique séjour dans ce cottage parfaitement équipé et agencé, propre, calme... dans un environnement reposant. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, Leanne est trés accueillante, prend le temps de répondre aux questions, donne des conseils et partage même son univers en proposant une visite de l'exploitation qu'elle exploite. Un trés bon pied à terre pour visiter l'Ecosse (c'était notre première fois), 15 min de Glasgow, 1h d'Edimbourg, le Loch Lomond a 2 pas... si vous êtes véhiculés logement est parfait !

We thoroughly enjoyed our family get together. The Jaw Barn has been beautifully converted. Fantastic location within a stones throw of the city despite being in the countryside. Would love to return.
