This Airbnb is at a perfect location, only minutes away from Covenant College, where my children attend. I traveled with my elderly parents who have vision, mobility and short term memory impairments. There are LED lights in the ceilings and ample lighting throughout. The place was open which made it easy for my father to use his walker. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom so my father did not get confused in the middle of the night when he woke up to go to the bathroom; the bathroom was right there. There are two bathrooms so that I had privacy getting ready. There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed for me to use and a wonderful back porch. Jennie thought of everything, from hangers in the closet to a coffee and tea station with all the fixings. I truly could relax. I can't recommend this place enough.

Phyllis’s place was perfect for our family’s quick stop on our way home from vacation. It was very close to the highway with lots of restaurants and gas stations at the exit. Would highly recommend.

This is our second stay here and it is awesome, lovely and couldn’t be happier. The host is friendly and the home is comfortable.

A truly magnificent 4 night stay. The property is down a gravel road a little less than a mile from the main road so it’s very secluded. There’s one smaller Air BNB house about 50 feet away but you’ll barely know they’re there. The deck is huge, the view from inside and outside spectacular, the 2 bathrooms and beds luxurious, jacuzzi clean and easy to use, and the gas fire table a nice touch. There are many little thoughtful touches the brothers thought of to make the place modern and inviting. You’ll love it. Local notes: check out the Appalachian Bee store just a few miles away. Tons of amazing bee products you never knew you needed and the owner lady is a wellspring of interesting knowledge. Also, there’s a farm about 10 miles away where you can interact closely with exotic animals like sloths and kangaroos. Trail-wise, in addition to Benton Falls try the hidden (and closer) Scenic Spur trail where you’ll walk along a beautiful creek and end at a pretty waterfall.

It is always so nice to stay here. It is my family's favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. We always have a relaxing stay, easy to enter, easy to lock when we go out. And love the decor, inside and out, especially the updated bathroom, although no complaints on the old one!

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay and could recommend it. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The amenities were amazing, and we enjoyed having so much space and privacy. We also felt very safe. It got loud some nights due to the heating working, but the weather outside was exceptionally cold some nights. Also, low cars might have trouble getting in and out of the parking but I think there were alternative places to park. James and Angela were lovely hosts and I really appreciated their attentive and considerate communication. I felt if there were any issues they would help to resolve it promptly. Thanks so much!

Such a beautiful home! It’s clear that Josh is a details guy. The home is immaculate! Great location that’s less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and less than 10 minutes from some of the great attractions. Josh was very easy to reach. Highly recommend!
