Overall, a few miscues but owners did best they could to fix it and were very responsive to text/calls. We rented this location to be close to the baseball diamond and that's a 5 minute walk from there so main goal was accomplished. Second was that we could bring our dog. Was disappointed during checkout on the reservation that I had already picked the rate with pet, and then paid a separate charge - so, beware the price is without the pet fee even if you picked it.

A perfect stay! The location is ideal — in a super quiet neighborhood yet close to everything Austin has to offer. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Stayed 2 months while transitioning city for a new job. It was a perfect location with lots of access. It was exactly as represented online. Highly recommend !!

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

Our favorite part of our stay was the view from the balcony. Dead plants were on the patio which needed tending, but everything else was wonderful. Communication was good. We loved the covered parking & all the wildlife. Overall a wonderful trip.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated with an amazing view, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, even leaving a few local recommendations that made my trip extra special. We would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay. Seeing the deer every day was amazing. The condo was clean, has all of your essentials and so much to do around. They were so responsive every time we had a question. We hope to be back!

We recently had the pleasure of spending an entire month at this wonderful Airbnb in Austin, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. When we fell ill during our stay, they genuinely surprised us by sending over chicken soup—talk about Southern hospitality! The home itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We had more than enough room to spread out and work or relax, and the layout made it easy to settle in as if it were our own. Being in Austin for a longer stay, we appreciated the quiet comfort of the neighborhood, but also how close we were to everything—fantastic restaurants, great coffee shops, and all the must-see sights were just minutes away. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot! The pool and backyard was perfect for our stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The host was very accommodating for check in and fast to respond when we had questions during our stay. They even left us a very sweet gift for the bride and guests. The neighbors two dogs kept some of us up barking during the middle of the night, but that is not of fault to the place itself. Would highly recommend staying here!

Rachel was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. A very nice Airbnb. My family - 6 adults and a 3yr old stayed for a week. The space was perfect for visiting/hanging out but also getting personal time. We appreciated all the books and games (including darts and corn hole) and expansive deck. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. I love staying in a place that has personal touches and this place had plenty. We had no problem with noise though the house is close to a major road. It is certainly walkable to S. Congress area, though depending on how you go it’s a bit noisy and commercial. Having said that, there were plenty of good restaurants and things to do within a short driving distance. We had a great week.

Nice, quiet place perfect for our group of 5. Was lovely to have the backyard to rest before taking an easy uber to other parts of the city. Awesome, responsive hosts!

The space and property were a good size. Wish everyone was able to sleep in the same building, but we made the most of it! The AC went out in the guest building, but Elizabeth was great at responding and getting someone onsite to assist within the hour.

Beautiful large home. Spent 7 days over New years. Has everything you might possibly need for a short or a long stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of towels, great comfortable beds, every appliance you might need in the kitchen. Fully equipped gym. A Great working Sauna and a cold plunge. Great BBQ area. Jesse got back to us in less than 5 minutes for local recommendations and tips. Would definitely go back again!!

This house was absolutely beautiful!! So many fun things to do at the house and near it. Gary was a fantastic host and replied quickly. With the weather we had, the pool and surrounding areas got very messy!! Gary had sent pool maintenance to the house to clean the pool and patio. 10/10 recommend this house or any other listings Gary has👍🏼
