The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Immaculately clean and ideal for a one night stay as a base to explore with the kids. The apartment is right on a very busy main road which may be an issue for light sleepers / little ones, but on the plus side it means you’re very close to all the things you’ll want to see and do in Stratford. Great communication from Ben, despite out last minute booking on Easter weekend 👍

Andrea has been extremely helpful from the start, he is always available on the phone for any inquiries. I very much enjoy staying at his apartment and if I return to Birmingham again, I will definitely do so.

We had a great stay here! Khalli was very helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and tidy and the furniture was comfy! :) It was in a great location that was walking distance from New Street station and it was peaceful, we didn’t hear any traffic at night! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jon’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jon was smooth and prompt, making the booking process and subsequent communication hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and Jon kindly left us mince pieces, champagne and some basic supplies, which we were grateful for. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a thriving high street a stones through away, lots of lovely restaurants and pubs and The RSC not even 5 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall amazing. We cannot recommend Jon and his property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

I stayed here for two nights, the studio is great and the views are amazing. It was sunny weather for my stay which made the view lovely. Mussuh had great communication throughout.

Walkable distance to city centre. Convenience shops available with plenty of food choices. Good landlord!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place in Stratford-upon-Avon! The apartment is in such a brilliant location, so central to all the main sites, and it is so full of character. Very spacious, clean and comfortable - would highly recommend!
