Welcome to Nordico Point. Since 1984 our family has enjoyed the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Our private 4.5 acres w/1200' of lakeshore reminds us of some of the most beautiful BWCA campsites that we have stayed at. Nordico Point aims to provide a similar experience for those who still desire a wilderness experience but no longer want to portage or sleep on the ground. And paddling is 100% voluntary. This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

Our rustic log cabin on Lake Burntside was one of the first cabins to be built on the North Arm back in the 1930s. It is the quintessential Minnesota family cabin filled with artifacts from many generations of family. Swim at the dock, enjoy an evening paddle, relax and watch the lake from the screened in porch, read on the hammock or play games in the sunroom on a rainy day. Hiking trails start just across the road. There is something for everyone in the family!
