Nancy was always responsive , kind a nice, the place was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable

We chose this home for our yearly ski trip and it did not disappoint. The biggest hit was by far the view, as the pictures do not do it justice of how nice the backyard is overlooking the hills. PLENTY of space for our group of 10, with everyone having their own bed and not feeling on top of eachother. We skid at Vail for this trip, which is about a 25ish minute drive depending on traffic- not too bad. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we highly recommend this location to others who are looking, and we hope to be back again in the future.

Our family trip was beyond SPECIAL ~ Linda's retreat in the Ruedi Reservoir was the most Perfect home for us!! Linda's attention to every detail had the home beautifully ready. The furnishings are so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped for our every need. Bedrooms had cozy linens perfect for our early February stay! We were so pleased with our hosts being quickly responsive to our questions and needs. Hot tub was super relaxing and used frequently!! The views from the cabin and porches were AMAZING!! I promise we all look forward to our next trip ~ Basalt is the perfect small town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities.....and still close to Aspen for the bigger beautiful city experience!! Thank you Linda & staff!!!

What a beautiful home in the middle of the Eagle-Vail neighborhood! We have stayed in many homes in this area over the years and this is by far our favorite. The large kitchen and living area, combined with great bedrooms and lots of (super comfortable!) beds make it ideal for any family or friends traveling together. It was pristine and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. The incredible fenced in backyard is the icing on the cake! Perfect location with easy walks along the golf course, to the pool, playground, tennis courts and more. We will be back! Thank you for being such a great host, Jeremy!

Evening Star is a beautiful home. Purpose of our trip was Spring break skiiing at Ski Cooper. The location was perfect...2 min drive to Ski Cooper. The house is off grid, which kinda concerned me a bit. I talked to host Kurt before finalizing our plans and he reassured us that we would not even notice. And he was right...never noticed a difference. Earthlink satellite wi-fi was no issue...no issue with phone calls, connectivity, and the television was equipped with roku and streaming apps worked. The house stayed warm, no issues with electricity. We cooked in the kitchen and used the propane grill to make burgers. We were a party of 9 (ranging in age from 18 to 57) and there was plenty of room for everybody. The younger ones enjoyed trekking around in the snow, the older ones enjoyed the views from the cozy warmth of the indoors. We got tons of snow and it was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking at visiting Ski Cooper and/or Leadville. Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The home was beautifully furnished and we felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved cooking in the kitchen, watching tv in the living room and going in the hot tub. The location was very convenient to BC mountain. We would love to come back!

The pictures on the listing caught my eye, but when I arrived, it was even better! The view was incredible and breathtaking. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. I wish I could have spent more time enjoying the place, but we were there to snowboard in Aspen and attend the X Games. I would definitely rent it again to focus on enjoying the property more next time.

We had such a magical experience at Garth's ranch. Every year for Labor Day we find a destination in Colorado to stay with our closest friends. Combined we have 4 adults and 6 kids. The ranch was the absolute perfect setting for us. The kids LOVED it and us adults equally enjoyed it. It was so nice to wake up and have it just be you and nature (and the adorable ranch dogs, sheep, horses, ducks, etc). We spent out days hiking, biking, kayaking, star gazing, cooking over the campfire, etc. The ranch was pristinely maintained and had endless space for us to explore. It truly was a magical and excellent experience. I highly recommend it to any family that wants to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. If possible, bring your all-wheel drive vehicle to get out and explore all the ranch has to offer. We will definitely be back.

Muy buena estancia, tal cual las fotos, en recepción te daban las instrucciones claras, el departamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. Había shuttle para el ski y eso nos ayudó muchísimo. Si lo recomendamos.

Great place to stay!! Was very walkable to Vail Village/ base of mountain for skiing/snowboarding and Ford Park if you are attending for a concert!! Area was very safe. Jon was a great host and very responsive when needed!!

This is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Sandy is an exceptional, gracious and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in making her guests feel at home...incredible! It starts when you walk in and are welcomed with a basket filled with goodies. The condo has views of the mountains, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, with comfy beds and sofa, fluffy towels and guest robes! The private shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts was greatly appreciated, as well as the locker area for ski storage. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

Great location with Avon Station right outside allowing easy bus access to Beaver Creek, Vail, Eagle Airport and Denver. Also just steps away from the gondola that drops you at the ski lifts. Renting skis, eating and drinking are less than 1/2 the price on the mountain. Quiet stay, balcony and grill were a welcome addition. Condo was clean, cozy and the kitchen very well equipped

Charley went the extra mile to make my dauguter’s bday special. He took decorations up the day before! Cabin was clean, well appointed and overall great. We had a blast. Would highly recommend either cabin on the property. Highly recommend this experience!!!

Cabin has everything we needed for our group of 7! Big bonus is the fly fishing on Lime Creek and a small lake down the driveway on the owner's property! Important to know that the upper floor is all open with a king & queen bed and a pair of bunk beds. Also there is a game table and a big bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the main level are private. Lots of room in this house to spread out. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner is great to work with!

Lovely cabin and very well situated to get to Vail!! Aileen was super attentive and everything was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael and Sarah were fantastic to work with right from the start. They responded timely and were concerned with the comfort of our stay. The house was great for our guys fishing trip with incredibly easy access to the boat ramp. Amenities were spot on and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The stay was phenomenal. We enjoyed every minute - from the fireplace and snow to the hot tub with stars. Highly recommend and worth every penny

Such a lovely home located in a canyon along the river. Plenty of beds , towels , etc. The house was very clean and tidy, spacious. The road to get to the house was a little sketchy at night (one night it was lightly snowing on the way back), so just something to keep in mind. There’s also no signal once you get into the canyon, and no WiFi at the home (although landline provided). Not an issue if you plan accordingly. Host was responsive and flexible. Thank you!
