Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

Yen Homestay is a beautiful, serene retreat just two bridges from the old town, yet it feels like a world away. Nestled by the river, it’s a peaceful escape where you can start your day watching the sunrise from a hammock. Yen and Hung are extraordinary hosts, radiating warmth and kindness. Their vision for a natural, holistic way of living is truly inspiring, and everything is handcrafted with care, including the beautiful, comfortable rooms. A highlight was Hung’s morning sunrise tea—a macrobiotic blend for immune and gut health. I deeply appreciated the care and thoughtfulness. The macrobiotic food was nourishing and delicious—some of the best I’ve ever had. It was an honour to share meals and be part of the Steiner school’s opening celebrations. When I needed a doctor, Yen kindly took me to a traditional Vietnamese healer, reflecting the incredible community spirit here. I stayed for a week and could have stayed for a month. I can’t wait to return. You are all inspirational!

After a horrible experience at another accommodation, we made a very last-minute decision to stay here. They were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Unlike the previous accommodation, this villa matched the photos and description. The villa is private and well located, about 20 minutes from Hoi An centre or five minutes by Grab. We are very grateful to Xuan, who helped us settle in with some great suggestions around town and an instant response to any issues we had. They also helped us arrange transport to Da Nang, which was handy. Would recommend this lovely little villa!

Le logement était parfait pour notre famille, spacieux et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Les services en chambre, cocktails et autre sont au top. Le petit déjeuner super avec un grand choix et des choses préparées sur le moment à la demande, juste parfait. Bao a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité et a su nous conseiller et nous réserver de nombreuses activités et excursions. Lui et son équipe ont vraiment été d’une grande aide et très serviables et bienveillants. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, c’était parfait.

Hung est une personne exceptionnelle!!!! Un grand merci pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son hospitalité! Son domaine est un havre de paix. Ses chiens sont adorables et remplissent le domaine de joie !!! Hung est un puit de culture et d'histoire, il nous a appris beaucoup de choses sur son pays. Nous avons eu beaucoup de peine de partir. Nous recommandons vivement son logement!!!!!!

Brilliant little gem hidden amongst the coconut trees. Bao is super accommodating. He upgraded us to a larger room on arrival and was at hand to arrange pick up from the airport, motorbike rental and a drop off to the train station which included a two hour stop at the marble mountains on the way. No faults!

A perfect hidden gem just outside Hoi An CA Private Villa was truly exceptional. Mark and his team took such good care of us — always helpful, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the overall service was warm and professional. The location is ideal: quiet, peaceful, and private, yet just minutes away from the beach and Hoi An Old Town. It’s close to everything, but nicely tucked away from the busy tourist zones — a perfect balance. We also loved being near Breeze Restaurant, which served the best and most authentic food we had in the area. The owners were lovely and also offer basket boat tours — highly recommended! Be sure to try their Cao Lầu, the iconic noodle dish from Hoi An. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Our group loved our stay!! The place is walkable to old town and there is plenty right nearby too. The hospitality was fantastic, highly recommend staying here.
