This was one of the best places we have stayed mainly because the staff were so lovely to us. The village has lots of excellent restaurants. All only round the corner. Best we enjoyed with kids were The Beach Village, Rustic House, Moms kitchen, Minhs kitchen, Little tailors two doors away recommended. I’m sure there a many more places we didn’t get a chance to also enjoy. Na-Huy restaurant was our fave. Lam and her team made us delicious breakfasts and had lots of tips for our stay. Lam accommodated our request for bikes and even found a smaller bike for our son. The villa itself is situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and was really comfortable and private. Very clean with comfy beds. Mosquito nets over four poster beds came it really handy but we didn’t see any mosquitoes in the villa. Just liked them! The pool is great. The kids loved it. We especially enjoyed sitting by it at night after Lam’s staff put the garden lights on. The beach is a short walk away from the villa.

뷰가 너무 멋진곳이라 여행내내 힐링하는 기분이였어요 공간도 넓은데다 큰 풀까지 있어서 숙소 하나는 기가막히게 잘 잡았구나 싶더라구요 물론 물놀이 용품도 무료로 대여 가능하구요 대여 서비스가 잘되어 있음 인테리어도 고급스럽고 가구들도 새것이라 완전 굿굿~! 픽업부터 샌딩까지 모든 문제를 호스트가 알아서 해주시니까 넘 편했어요 차가 고급져서 깜놀 ㅎㅎ 그리고 직원분들이 전반적으로 밝고 친절하셔서 같이 간 일행들도 다들 기분좋게 여행을 마무리 할수 있었습니다 가족단위나 커플단위로 가신다면 이곳 강추해요!!

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Świetne miejsce położone bardzo blisko plaży, wiele lokali dookoła. Do miasta też blisko. Było bardzo czysto i duży plus za baniak z wodą mineralną do picia.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa. Netter kontakt und auch kurzfristige Serviceleistungen waren kein Problem. Direkt am Meer, welches wunderschön und fast leer war. Privater Pool, öffentlicher Pool. Leider waren wenn man essen offen hinlegt schnell Ameisen da, ist aber halb so wild. Sollte man aber wissen wenn man empfindlich ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

הבית מקסים ועוצב נהדר, המרפסת גדולה ומשגעת. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לי שהמים בפילטר היו עם ריח של עובד, המארחת אמרה שזה תקין, אבל לי זה הריח לא טוב.

I have previously relied on Hotels & the invitation to a private Villa in the An Bang beach village scene was too enticing to pass. Correspondence was perfectly timed & practical. Our host had someone waiting to receive us ,as we arrived well after Sunset. I tried two of the properties in the Host's selections & i am most enthusiastic to repeat this style of accommodation on my next trip. Walking distance to great eateries, massage & entertainment. The ambience was everything i return to Hoi An for.

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

We were a group of 7 and stayed 4 nights. It was a beautiful villa and we had a lovely stay! There were always personnel on the premises: although they weren’t English speakers, we communicated easily via Google Translate. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out as a group. At first glance, the villa seems located off the beaten but the area gets quite lively in the evenings. It’s either a long walk into town or a short taxi ride. However, a few things to note. Music from the park next door played well into the morning. The sound was quite muted, sensitive guests wore ear plugs (provided by the villa). The villa is also right next to a construction site. The work starts in the early morning and ends around 5pm. We were out most of the day so it barely affected us. Finally, the drainage in the bathrooms in the top two rooms emitted a terrible smell: keep the door shut. Despite these hiccups, a great overall experience!

The space was spectacular. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in vietnam. Only thing there’s nothing close by because it’s in a gated community but i’d defs stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely house

My mother and I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Phoenix! Helen was absolutely amazing, from getting dropped off and her extremely warm welcome, to the 5 days and 4 nights staying there, we felt at home. Helen and her staff were professional, joyful, responsive and did an amazing job! The property itself was absolutely perfect. It provides the peace and quiet of feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere but in reality you are only a 5 minute walk from the local market and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked wonderfully and there was plenty of space (I had one to myself). The location is great, you are only a 5-7 minute scooter ride in one direction to Old Town and a 5-7 minute scooter ride the other direction to the beach. If you are looking for the perfect Hoi An stay, don't look anywhere else. Thank you so much Helen and team, you made our stay absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough! Cheers, Connie and Zev

Ich war mit meinen 4 Freunden dort und es hat uns allen super gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes! Bee war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar! Sie hat uns bei der Organisation von Ausflügen super weitergeholfen und ich konnte sie alles fragen!!!! Bee ist wirklich eine sehr unterstützende Gastgeberin und ich kann ihr nur 10 von 10 Punkten geben! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Très belle maison, propre et très agréable. La maison est dans un quartier de vie de Hoi An qui permet de partager la vie des habitants. Vy est une super hôte qui nous a aidé ppur la réservation de différentes sorties.

We loved staying a Thuy’s place. We felt at home and loved the location. Thuy was very responsive and extremely helpful with transportation and going the extra mile by forwarding a forgotten item.

After a horrible experience at another accommodation, we made a very last-minute decision to stay here. They were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Unlike the previous accommodation, this villa matched the photos and description. The villa is private and well located, about 20 minutes from Hoi An centre or five minutes by Grab. We are very grateful to Xuan, who helped us settle in with some great suggestions around town and an instant response to any issues we had. They also helped us arrange transport to Da Nang, which was handy. Would recommend this lovely little villa!

Bai's place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and big clean rooms. The pool was only for us to use We felt so at home and breakfast was great. BAO was the best super host I ever encountered. He helped me with bookings of the drivers and massage He surprised us fresh fruit and tea on our pool table every night. I wish we could stay more. I would recommend it to everyone who's looking for some privacy and at the same time luxury. I would love to go back again in his Villa. My family and I would like to thank Bao and his staff for a job well done👏👏

The place was a really beautiful little set up. The rooms were big and spacious with the pool just outside the rooms. The hosts were super lovely, they made us breakfast which was amazing and gave so many recommendations. The only downside is it’s not super close to town so I would recommend having a scooter to get in and out of town on. Everything else was great!

I had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautifully designed Airbnb! The property is incredibly well-built—solid construction, thoughtfully planned interiors, and every detail taken care of to ensure comfort and style. The Private Pool with each room is the highlight, and we enjoyed it every day of our stay. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Bao. Incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm—always available to answer questions or provide local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place with a host who goes above and beyond!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in two villas! The staff were very helpful and made THE BEST breakfasts each morning (and accommodated our early departure time.) We all loved the surrounding gardens and the pool. The location was a bit of a walk at the end of a long day from the old town in the heat, but it’s so easy to get a taxi.

I was really excited about this trip, it was my first time off in three years and I wanted it to be perfect. I think I started asking questions about the place 6 months before the trip and didn’t stop until the last day and she answered the questions with grace and 100% accurate information every time. Any extra services i asked for were provided at a very reasonable price. The villa was clean and tidy and well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the pool was excellent. I spent a lot of time in it. Will return. RECOMMENDED
