Bao was a fantastic host who was very helpful and responsive. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa, expecting it to have two toilets, but it only had one. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the pool was very large and well maintained. The main shower was great too. There were only a few minor downsides - the second shower is in a room with no windows so we didn’t use it, and the sink is separate, without towel holders. The kitchen is in an exterior room, making it awkward to use and the air con in the main bedroom is quite loud. Also the interior cleaning during our stay wasn’t up to the usual standard we expect at this type of accommodation. For example, used dishes were not removed, bench tops were not wiped down, mini bar was not restocked. But overall it’s a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

Bao was an incredible host, who did everything to make us feel comfortable. He helped us with organizing our transportation and tours. The accommodation is a bit outside, but easily to reach with a Grab or by bike and perfect for relaxing.

마당에 있는 풀에서 아이들이 즐겁게 놀 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 매일 아침 풀장 관리해주셔서 언제든 깨끗한 상태에서 사용가능했습니다. 아침 조식에 간단한 요리 신청해서 뷔페에 차려진 메뉴와 함께 먹으면 배불리 먹고 일정을 시작할 수 있습니다. 체크인 할 때 숙소 사용방법과 빨랫거리 맞기는 방법, 주변 음식점 등이 적힌 종이를 주시는데 레드써클이라는 식당 매우 좋았어요~ 아이들이 다음에 또 오자고 할 정도로 숙소에 만족합니다~

We had an amazing stay at Palm View Villa! Bao's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highlight is the Breakfast.. so goooood We especially appreciated the villa's proximity to Hoi An's ancient town We highly recommend staying here. 😍😍

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and we loved our private pool! The breakfast every day was great. It was easy to book different activities through the host. We would most definitely recommend that you stay here!

Ha's place was outstanding. It was perfect for our large family group. We loved the house, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and looked out over the river at the back. The pool was an asset. The house is around 20 minutes walk from Hoi An old town and it is cheap and easy to get cars via the Grab app. The house is close to small restaurants, grocery shops and fruit stalls. It is also easy to order food to be delivered via the Grab app. Ha was a very responsive and helpful host. We will come back to Hoi An and stay in this house again.

Em's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was great and i loved the milk tea special at Buong's infront of the place. Everything was walkable. I had a hiccup on the first night and they changed my room and even offered a few extras to ensure we were happy.

Great place to stay. Bao was incredibly helpful with a flexible check in and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was exactly as described and the rest of the staff were lovely.
