This property and the hosts lived up to all of the expectations and hype I had leading up to our stay. The location was amazing. We spent almost the whole week in the sand from dusk til dawn. For dinner we would walk to a local restaurant on the street and walk back after on the beach. The space, both inside and out, was tranquil and had everything you could want or need to relax. The beach amenities were perfect and more than you could ask for. It’s really set up great to be a home away from home. The one thing I found funny about the listing was the outdoor shower and I assumed I’d never use it, I figured it was just there for added decor. Turns out it was one of my favorite aspects of the space and used it multiple times a day to get sand or suntan lotion off. The fresh honeysuckle scent every day was an added bonus. My family and I had an amazing time and we really recharged our mental batteries while staying at Neil and Terell’s space. We hope to come back soon.

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

Great small space close to the beach. Basic amenities are all you need and they’re provided for. Jackson was super communicative, which helped matters greatly. Definitely recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.

Ian provided an excellent experience at his Airbnb. The home is beautiful, clean, and it excuded a lovely coastal vibe. Everything one might need for the perfect Florida get-away was easily found within the home including cooking essentials, beach gear, health and beauty aids, and a plentiful amount of towels. We rested well on the comfortable beds. The home is located near wonderful beaches and a plentiful amount of great restaurants. Very good grocery stores are also within a close proximity including Publix and Native Sun. Ian was a great host, providing concise, understandable directions for entry and how various appliances worked within the home. Check-out was easy, too. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay and all systems within the home worked excellently (including the all-important air conditioning). I highly recommend Ian as a host because he provided excellent hospitality and a clean, charming home.

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

This cute bungalow has all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to prepare any size meal! The fridge has an ice maker, so need to go buy a bag. If you enjoy grilling, spend time with family and friends listening to some good music on the Bose speaker you can Bluetooth and take outside to a nice covered patio, or enjoy the Stio to keep warm while sipping a glass of of your favorite spirits with friends. The beds are made up with exceptionally comfortable linens of white with perfect pillows and beautiful blankets to take the chill off, when needed. Take a shower or bath in the large clawfoot tub/shower to wake up each morning or cleanse away the days activities. This jewel is in a prime location in Jacksonville, within walking/biking distance of wonderful restaurants and shoppes. Not far from several beaches, it is endless what you can do from here. If you stay at the right time, enjoy freshly grown blueberries that border the yard. Great stay

Fantastic stay! Very easy walk to the beach. The house is clean and has all the room you need for multiple guests. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores around the area if needed.

Our host was proactive, helpful from the start. Bathrooms were white and easy to see how clean they were. The Nest thermostat keeps the spaces a good temperature. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. My favorite feature was our bed. The mattresses must be new. With the clean linens, everyone slept well in this quiet neighborhood. There is a beautiful park with a paved walking path out the back gate to enjoy too.

Place was really cool; great vibe and taste throughout! Great reading material super living space comfortable beds and spotless. The outside court and fountain was so tranquil. We loved it and the location to the shops can’t be beat.

Our stay at Lances place felt right at home! He communicated very well , it was easy to get inside. The place was very close to convenience stores as well. Lastly , the place is absolutely stunning, looks just like the pictures.
