Ersi’s place is great and so is he. We met up when I arrived and got the keys. He lives across the hall also so if you need anything it’s not a problem. The apartment is great, exactly as it looks. Comfy bed and couch. Nice balcony. Great location. Durres is small, so everything is always close and walkable. Excellent communication and a really nice guy. Thanks for everything!

I stayed for 3 weeks this autumn and had a blissful time despite working from ‘home’. The peace was wonderful, the local spa facilities were excellent, the apartment had all that was needed, including very comfortable beds, washing/ cleaning supplies, everyone I met was friendly and responsive to a smile and it was just a short walk to the beach for drinks and beautiful sunsets. This time of year I had perfect weather and the beach practically to myself, a hidden gem. Laert was a fabulous host, his instructions for arrival were very clear, including videos - very helpful, he kindly booked several taxis for visiting friends and I to get to and from the airport, advised on things to do and places to eat, was quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and during the stay. I would highly recommend Laert’s place if you’re looking for relaxation, and peace and quiet by the sea. I would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to several friends and colleagues.

Minden rendben volt. Amikor kérdésünk támadt akkor gyorsan válaszolt a szállásadó. Az apartman megfelelt az elvárásainknak, olyan szállást kaptuk ami a képeken szerepelt. Összessegében azt tudjuk mondani, hogy ár-érték arányban abszolút jó választás volt.

I stayed 5 night, the apartment is definitely great for short term stay. Close to the sea, and center, 15 minutes to the old town. It was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend Grandstay Apartments.

Jona is an excellent host. My family stayed for 2 weeks at her apartment in Lalzy Bay and everything was run smoothly and comfortably. She will try her utmost to accommodate guests' demands. She is available but not intrusive. Very nice host. Thank you Jona!

The place was roomy and had a great view with a big terrace. The host was welcoming and very kind, I needed some additional things that he immediately provided.

Matilda is a great host. We booked the apartment at the very last minute and the communication was impeccable - she was rapid on response and helped a lot with our stay in Durrës. The apartment is conveniently located close to the local bus stop and only a few steps to the beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. Supermarket is just below the apartment. The only potential flaw could be the restroom which had lower quality in respect to the whole apartment, but it is truthfully shown on pictures of the place. I would definitely recommend and consider stay with Matilda once again in Durrës.

Perfect please! The apartment is neat and cozy, fully corresponds to the description and photo. The owner is always ready to help, responds very quickly. Fiber optic Internet, ideal for remote work. Staying here left only positive emotions.

We absolutely loved this apartment! We stayed for a month and it had everything we needed. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, comfortable couch, beautifully decorated and clean. Stocked with toilet paper, laundry soap, cooking oils and spices, pretty much everything you need for a long stay. The only small thing to mention would be the water pressure in the shower is inconsistent. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

L’appartement de Nertila était vraiment super ! Douche spacieuse, lit très confortable, et cuisine très bien équipée (seul petit détail : le frigo peut être un peu difficile à ouvrir si vous n’avez pas de petits doigts). Pensez à bien ranger les aliments, car si la baie vitrée reste ouverte, des petites fourmis peuvent venir de l’extérieur. Il y a eu un petit souci d’eau, mais Nertila l’a réglé en moins de 10 minutes après l’avoir prévenue, très réactive ! Il y a aussi eu une coupure d’internet au 3ᵉ jour sur 5, mais je ne m’en suis pas occupé car je n’en avais pas besoin. Elle a aussi proposé un taxi à l’arrivée et au départ, je l’ai accepté, et franchement c’était parfait, rapide, fiable et moins cher que les taxis du coin. L’appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage. Pour moi c’est un 5/5 sans hésitation je recommande vivement le logement de Nertila !

The apartment is spacious, new, and well-furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its location near the beach is perfect, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to park the car easily on the street. We did encounter a minor issue with the heater, but Shame was incredibly supportive and quick to resolve it, which made our stay stress-free. Overall, recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place :) It was clean and cosy. We enjoyed the stay and we appreciate the air conditioning. Kitchen was well equipped and the host was very kind. We could self checkin which was nice

The apartment is clean, well equipped with everything you need. Esiana always communicates well & clearly enjoys hosting. As it’s winter, it can be dark & cold but there are two AC’s. Lots of extra blankets & towels provided. Location is great, lots of cafes, supermarkets, affordable places to eat, lifetime gym is new & has day passes for €7. Walking distance to the main square.
