Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Staying at Emily's place was wonderful! The place was clean and the house was nice. Emily was very kind and responded to all of my questions. Location was also very convenient to many stores and restaurants. My grandparents and I enjoyed our stay!

This rental was exactly as described in the pictures and description. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The host provided detailed instructions for checking in and checking out, and everything worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds alone are worth even a 1 nght stay over a hotel. Great reponsive host. Would recommend and will stay again

Always a pleasure staying at Sebastián and Sharons place. This is our go to spot whenever we are visiting Raleigh. Feels just like home! My son never wants to leave!

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Great 2 bed 2 bath townhome close to UNC and other areas of Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Clean and with all basic amenities.

My time here was amazing! Everything was very clean and the home was very cozy!! The AC did go down briefly but Jasmine was right on it with getting it fixed !! I will definitely be coming back thank you so much Jasmine!

Great stay! Perfect fit for us. Not a ton of stores around but the area is being developed and nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood (mostly!), and super comfy bed! Elaine was awesome about communicating!

Wonderful stay, one of the cleanest houses I have been at. only suggest is to have black out curtains for the main bedroom. otherwise great stay.

This townhouse in Raleigh is perfect for anyone coming to the area, especially a family. The home was spotless upon arrival and was extremely well-appointed. I’d say it’s even nicer than the photos depict. The bedrooms have blackout shades which I really appreciated, especially with kids. There were also nightlights which was nice. Plenty of books and games! TVs available for everyone and a really well stocked kitchen with higher end appliances. The smart lock worked well and was convenient. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great location when two families are joining together because there is shared living space on the middle floor and private space top floor and ground floor. It worked well for smaller children as there is not a lot of clutter around to break and it feels roomy but if they’re really small there are two staircases to consider. Hosts were super-responsive and it felt like a great residential area. Would definitely recommend.

I came to Durham for a work trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It has a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. The bed was seriously comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the separate office space and fast wifi — as someone working remotely, having a quiet, dedicated area to focus was a game changer. After hours, the living space was cozy and perfect for unwinding. The location is great too — just minutes from downtown but tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All in all, it felt more like staying at a friend’s place than just another Airbnb. Highly recommend it to anyone it to anyone coming to Durham!

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse. It was close to Raleigh, but a little removed from the city so it didn’t feel so busy. Great for a weekend getaway! Clean, cute home away from home!

Beautiful townhome everything looked exactly like the pictures. Great location, very close to different restaurants and a Walmart very close by. Our host did check in with us to see how our stay was and very responsive honestly a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
