Wonderful stay! The furniture offered nice seating with a beautiful view out to the back garden. Margaret was kind enough to leave our some snacks which helped me for my early morning days! There's also aromatherapy and coffee available, such a nice touch! 10/10 can't recommend enough!

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

This place was exactly what I needed for my short work trip. Close to UNC and had everything I needed to cook up my own meals. Candace made sure to communicate everything I needed to know and was a lovely host.

Susan’s space was exactly as described and perfectly met my needs. It is out of the way of the busy downtown but close enough that it was not a hassel at all getting there. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Chapel Hill area.

This was our second time staying and it was just as great! It’s an excellent location close to UNC l, and the space itself is perfect for a couple. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are spotless. Great place!

Tidy, welcoming, and full of that great university spirit! The place is in a perfect spot—just 10–15 minutes from Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Duke. Surrounded by woods and open fields, it’s super peaceful and feels really safe. We had a great stay—thanks again, Emily and Scott!

Jonathan’s place was great. Stayed a few days while tour campuses with my son. Jonathan was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was very easy with the keypad. The space was really nice, especially the kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The bed is super soft and comfortable. The shower is a bit small, but it was fine for me and the water pressure was good. Even though it is a basement apartment, I barely heard any noise transfer from upstairs. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

This place is an absolute gem. Sarah and her family have put so much care into making you feel like you're in heaven here. From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by elegance and comfort. The bathtub is enormous and perfect for a relaxing soak. I slept like a rock. You will feel like royalty with all the thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchenette to the selection of fascinating books and the big TV for winding down. There’s so much space to breathe and unwind, and the gorgeous porch was my favorite spot to enjoa peaceful meal. Also loved the pool where you can float and gaze up at the trees. Pure magic! The location is in a safe, friendly neighborhood and is within walking distance to downtown Hillsborough and the riverwalk, which makes it so easy to explore the area. Truly a beautiful, serene place. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Had a great stay at Walt’s place in Raleigh! He was super communicative and always responded quickly. The house was really clean, cozy, and in a lovely location. Walt was also incredibly thoughtful and flexible, which made the stay even smoother. No complaints at all, would definitely love to visit again. Thanks, Walt!

The space is thoughtfully designed with comfort and hospitality in mind. The bed was so comfortable and linens were quality. We were able to bike around the town and the stunning Riverwalk. Terry was responsive and helpful, and provided great amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore as we were there for less than 24 hours, but would definitely book again if we find ourselves back in this area again!

Laura‘s place was clean and quiet and it was exactly as listed. There was easy access to the basement and plenty of room. The bed was really comfortable and the amenities were in place. She communicated very well and timely to any requests. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and was available if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend it for an overnight stay in the Wake Forest area.

We had an issue with the door code but Shannon responded very quickly and resolved it. Her place was very clean and nicely decorated and it is a 25 minute walk into town. We would definitely stay there again.

Williams stay was amazing, he was very responsive, checked on me to make sure things were running smoothly. Clear and smooth instructions. I was very comfortable and would stay again where his stay was worked so well for me my boyfriend lives 15 minutes from the stay. Which was great for when he came to visit and pick me up for our dates. Also not far from the places we went to visit. Loved how small the space was just for me I was able to relax and enjoy my book.

We had a great stay at the Forest Garden Suite! Perfect location right by the Bolin Creek & Tanyard Branch trails, 20-30 minute walk to Carrboro and 35-40 minute walk to campus (or a quick bus ride away)! Fantastic amenities, extremely clean, and a cozy spot. I’d recommend it especially for heavy sleepers or early risers (luckily I’m an early riser and my friend is a heavy sleeper) because of the children upstairs (which is already noted in the listing, so completely expected). What a wonderful place nestled in some gorgeous NC woods. We loved waking up and stepping out to the patio to listen to the dawn chorus. Liza was an extremely kind and responsive hostess. 5 stars would recommend!

Jason was incredibly responsive and was able to accommodate 2 people perfectly. The place was clean including the bathroom. (If you're tall, the shower may be a tight squeeze but not too bad) It is about a 20 min walk to downtown, it is perfect for a scooter ride or a bike. About 35 min walk to Dorothea Dix Park. The neighborhood has lots of trees and greenery. Also enjoyed the comics to read inside.

The place was very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful (not walkable). It’s in the description, but it’s not the place to go if you want a romantic get away.

Staying in Molly and Bill’s place was a delight. They were kind and gracious hosts from check in to check out. They were so flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure, even when we had airline changes mid-trip. The apartment was very comfortable and cool even though it was near 100 degrees outside some days. The covered entrance was super helpful for deliveries. We have recently been on a lot of trips and this shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any place. It was so great. The kitchen was lovely and new with lots of super helpful every day need type condiments. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip to NC so homey.

The place was immaculate, super comfy beds, quiet outdoor space with woods behind it, and best of all - a heated bathroom floor! It’s conveniently located near the mall and highway. Lenovo Arena was just 15 min away. Although it’s the downstairs unit of a house, it has its own entry at the back and is completely soundproofed as we didn’t even hear a footstep upstairs. Would definitely stay again!
