I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great, and the space felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Très bel appartement très lumineux, très propre et très bien équipé. Photos fidèles à la description. Hôte réactif, facile à joindre et réponses rapides. Appartement très bien placé car lignes de bus à proximité et tram très facile d'accès. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Maria pour un séjour à Bruxelles de courte ou de longue durée. Nous la remercions vivement pour tout.

Loved our time at Matthieu’s flat! The unit was minimalist and I loved the entire vibe! There was room for storing bags while we waited for a bus on the basement level and a nice yoga room I utilized one evening. The entire building felt very cohesive stylistically, and I felt very inspired after a few nights! Communicating with Matthieu was very easy—he was proactive and polite! Location was also great for walk ability in Brussels! Highly recommend.

Zéér ruim en proper appartement, voorzien van eigen veilige parkeerplaats. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Je bereikt het appartement via enkele trappen. 2 grote slaapkamers met goede bedden, elk voorzien van een mooie badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken, maar ook voldoende eetgelegenheid in de buurt.

Séjour en famille dans ce logement impeccable, très agréable et très bien équipé. On s’y sent bien et au calme, à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Caroline est quelqu’un de très bienveillante ! Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et les discussions étaient fluides et très sympathiques! Son logement est super, petit nid douillet ! Les alentours sont calmes. C’est idéal si vous voulez être loin de la cohue de Bruxelles. On peut aller en ville grâce au métro (9 stations environ 25 min en tout porte à porte) c’est vraiment idéal ! Je recommande fortement ce logement !

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Todo tal como se ve en el anuncio. Muy buena relación precio/calidad considerando la zona donde se encuentra (en general es una zona cara pero el departamento es amplio y a buen precio, con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable)

We had a very pleasant stay at Delphine’s place. She is very kind, helpful and friendly. The apartment has a beautiful view with Verviers central station nearby, our son enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great stay, lovely place and it was much bigger than it was in the photos. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Would 100% stay again we loved it !

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

We zijn met ons gezin tijdens het Paasweekend in La Main d'Or geweest. Een prachtig sfeervol huis, gezellig ingericht en ruim, schoon en niets ontbrak. Leuke paassfeer was aanwezig, evenals heerlijke bonbons, lekkernijen en drankjes. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. Je moet wel van traplopen houden, maar het is een makkelijk te belopen trap. Spa is een leuke stad met heerlijke eethuisjes. Er is genoeg informatie aanwezig in het huis over wat er te zien en te doen is. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Spa. Wie weet tot een volgende keer.

Het contact met de verhuurder verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk. Het huis beschikt over uitstekende faciliteiten en alles was voorzien zoals geadverteerd. Het is een mooie woning die perfect geschikt was voor onze vergaderingen.

Tout était parfait pendant ce séjour pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. L'environnement, les deux maisons, la décoration, les équipements, la propreté, la proximité d'activités diverses, les services de restauration à domicile, tout était très au top. C'était parfait pour notre team building. Certains des participants ont dit qu'ils voulaient revenir avec leur famille très bientôt. C'est vraiment qu'ils ont aimé. Une mention très spéciale pour notre hôte, Sarah qui a été bien au-delà que ce que ses invités seraient en droit d'attendre. Serviabilité, proactivité, gentillesse, accueil, recommandations, etc. Elle mérite largement son titre de "Super Hôte".

Een heerlijk knus huisje in de stilte van het stadje. Alles aanwezig om je thuis te voelen. Huisje en de omgeving, landschap en dorpjes, zijn de moeite waard om terug te komen.

We hebben een fantastisch lang weekend verbleven in dit prachtige huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne bedden, goed sanitair en een geweldige tuin! We hebben ook genoten van de pingpong en tafelvoetbal kamer, heel leuk om te doen als het weer even tegenzit. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique entre amis dans votre maison. Tout était parfait : la maison est vraiment somptueuse, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et extrêmement agréable à vivre.
