As described. Great views and very very remote with a prive beach shared with other Oregon House guests. They do have wifi once you check in but it's good to screen shot check in info and numbers before you get there since you won't be able to use the app or have any signal once you arrive.

The location wasn’t too bad, secluded requiring a short drive if wanting to eat out. Getting in was a bit trying, as codes changed from here is the code to use to , you are able to check in early so here is a new code. Admittedly, part of it was on me for not carefully reading how to operate the lock. The buildings and units could be marked with the name and number a bit differently. When we arrived a lady was trying to get into our unit because she thought it was hers. Once we worked it all out, it was fine.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Situated right in front of the ocean, the views are simply breathtaking. Each morning, we woke up to the serene sound of waves crashing against the shore, and each evening, we enjoyed the stunning sunsets. The place was very clean and I particularly loved the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light and uninterrupted ocean views. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, my stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. The rental company was very kind and easy to work with. They let me check in early and when my dog had an accident, they were really understanding I will definitely be back in the future

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

Absolutely lovely! Very quiet and peaceful, the view from the porch is amazing and the rental group thought of everything. We really appreciated the binoculars and having olive oil, salt and pepper to cook with. The bed was very comfortable. The primary way that the property group communicates is via text and there is zero cell service. For some reason I was able to receive their texts but I wasn’t able to respond to them when prompted. Wifi worked well.

Cozy spot with excellent views of the sea and mountains and access to a stretch of beach perfect for walks and meditation. Comfortable, low-key accommodations inside and excellent communication from the host. The place isn’t quite as isolated as I assumed from the pictures (there’s an RV park right next door) but the ready access to the beach and tons of hiking and trails close by and distance from Yachats made it feel getaway-y enough for an extended weekend!!

This is a great home with beautiful views of the bay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. I enjoyed a very comfortable stay, and found everything I needed. Thanks Chloe and Jason!

Everything I wanted and more was taken care of - hosts were INCREDIBLY thoughtful! Great amenities, really comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed feeding the ducks with the food provided by the hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Our mixed generation family loved the house. So much room for different activities. Lots of different sitting areas. Good beds. We didn’t use the little house. Had more than enough room in the big house for the 10 of us. Kitchen is very well equipped, many specialty appliance, nice choice of coffee makers. Lots of spices and condiments. Dining table sat the 10 of us. Deck had many chairs and tables. Loved having the hot tub with a view. Grandkids loved all the games upstairs.

My family had a great Thanksgiving stay at Noreen's House. The Oregon Coast Trail goes by the property so easy access along the coast going north. Lots of amazing tide pools to explore and fun beaches. Also spent time at Perpetua St. Park for some nice hikes and sea spouts. Beautiful. House was well equipped. No problem with a full Thanksgiving dinner prep and serve.

We had a relaxing stay looking across the dunes to the ocean. It was beautiful and the house is excellently maintained. In fact, everything seemed new, from the kitchen to an abundance of soft bath towels. Beach access over a dune is right outside or there is flatter access a few houses down. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking in. Heceta Beach is enough north of Florence to feel like a beach community but close enough to have relatively close driving access to several markets and restaurants. One of the best maintained short term rentals we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in many).

We loved our Riverfront stay on the Siuslaw! It's an amazing property! Our dogs loved being right on the river! It's about 20 minutes to Florence, but that makes it all the more private. The drive along the river is gorgeous. The basement apartment is perfectly set up. A workstation, and charging port everywhere! It's a super comfortable place, and we look forward to staying there again!

The property is way more magical then the photos! My friends and I had the most relaxing, fantastic weekend. We lucked out and had great weather through the weekend stay and made many memories. I highly recommend Tim's place! One of the best beach front properties I have booked. Everybody enjoyed the stay and all the amenities. Tim was very responsive when I asked any questions or requested local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. They kitchen was well supplied and organized and the views were amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were traveling with our toddler and baby and I loved that they had a rocking chair in the bed room. I also brought our blackout shades for the windows in the room and I didn’t have to use them which was really nice! My kids loved the bathtub too. Loved the balcony and views and the bridge noise was not loud or disruptive at all. The space was a great size for all of us and we would definitely book again. A few cons but not deal breakers for us was the size of the bed, wish it was at least a queen but the room could definitely fit a king. The code to get inside was also fairly long (10 digits) and was a bit tough to put in when you have your hands full with kids/baby.

We enjoyed staying here. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoyed seeing the boats and surrounding bird life. Fun to watch the tide come and go! Everything we needed was there, the rooms were clean. We would recommend this place to others!

The space and location are great. The area was very peaceful and quiet, we were able to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was very functional, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The internet was great, it allowed us both to work a few hours every morning.
