we thourly enjoyed our stay here, views are brilliant, well layed out ,clean and spacious for a party of 12. suited our needs. louise was a great host, quick replies to everything you asked explained everything and very accomadating. very straightforward on arrival. wld definitely go back.

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

This place was perfect for us! I brought my 80 year old mother to visit Scotland and the accommodations were excellent! It was a great home base to go visit the places we wanted to. It was beautiful, with peaceful, quiet surroundings, which fit perfectly in our plan for us. Our hosts were helpful and kind, even responding to needs that they noticed, like bringing a longer HDMI cable for me to hook my computer up to the TV. They also had wheelchair ramps for the house which made it so easy for me to get my mother around. There were 4 of us ladies and the bedrooms matched what we need with the connecting bathrooms. Loved this place...it was a slice of heaven for us!

Lovely stay, warm, clean and tidy, everything we needed and more. Spacious accommodation for a family of 8 and great we could take the dog too.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus :) die Ausstattung war super, es war makellos sauber und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick war wunderbar. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man auf die guten Anweisungen der Gastgeber hören, da das Navi uns falsch geführt hätte ;)

We had a fantastic 3 day stay in the Grooms Bothy. Great place with lots of lovely features. The jacuzzi bath, the remote controlled windows and blinds in particular were good fun. Place is immaculate. A really good base for lots of different areas and activities but if you just want to relax you'd be very happy to stay at "home" Brian was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful with any questions and went above and beyond to assist, as were all the staff we encountered. A thoroughly enjoyable experience we wouldn't hesitate to repeat again.

stayed here to do a local cycling event very comfortable bed after a long day would 100% stay again if I was needing accommodation in the area the communications from the host were very accurate and helpful thank you

Lovely and charming. The location was perfect for our golf trip. Any place of note in St. Andrews, including all golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores, were all within walking distance. Without dedicated parking, and very little free street parking during the day, it was a daily consideration, but we ended up not having any problems at all. The parking tariffs don’t apply after 5pm. The bottom floor of the building is a pub that is frequented by a lot of younger people so it can get pretty noisy on the weekends but wasn’t enough to hinder our amazing trip. In fact it was a very convenient spot to grab a drink. Since this was my first trip to Europe, I had to Google how to use several of the appliances but had everything figured out quickly. The master suite was spacious but the other rooms were quite cozy. You may need to share some closet or free space depending on how heavy your party would pack. All in all highly recommend and hope to go back

Lovely spacious flat in a fantastic area. Slight issue trying to gain entry (not Susan’s fault) which was remedied quickly. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Daisy cottage. It was immaculate and had some necessities in the fridge and cupboards which was really helpful. Really comfortable place to have a base whilst visiting family. We will be booking again. Thanks Rebecca

Great value for money and place was spotless. It’s in a good spot for exploring the beautiful area. Parking was easy and secure. Good communication and nice little breakfast welcome pack on arrival.

This was, no exaggeration, the nicest airbnb I've ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, high ceilings, warm, well-designed. It's quiet and on a beautiful park close to the river, yet close to everything in town. The hosts were extremely responsive. I would stay there again in a second.

Brilliant base for anyone staying in Perth. Nearby to racecourse which was the reason of our trip. Very well presented flat, spotless bathroom, nice shower. Nice features in the living room, plenty of radiators and heaters for the colder weather. Comfy bed and plenty of coat hangers. Only one small ‘complaint’ would be that there wasn’t any kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, tea or coffee but very minor and didn’t affect our stay. Maybe just something to remember but there is a Tesco within walking distance. Thankyou for a lovely couple nights. Would recommend

Great location. Very nice flat. Perfect for 2 golfers and 2 others who were site seeing. Easy to walk throughout town. Clean everything in good shape

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos really don't do the property justice; so light and airy yet still comfortable. Bags and bags of character; all furnished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, like phone chargers and adaptors in all the rooms in case you have forgotten anything, and a stash of Tunnocks Teacakes by the kettle! We booked the property as we were visiting St Andrews for a family wedding and needed a four bedroom property, but this would very comfortably accommodate eight adults. Now looking for another reason to visit St Andrews just so we can re-book. Amazing.
