The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio. My daughter and I travel to Falmouth every April vacation and usually stay at one of the local hotels. This was our first time trying an Airbnb and we were so lucky to have chosen Anne's beautiful home. Not only is the location perfect but the space itself was as well. The pull out couch was just right for my daughter and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the apple cider donuts and other treats she greeted us with. Anne is a wonderful and very thoughtful host. We're already talking about going back. Thank you Anne!

Fantastic stay! James was responsive and super helpful. House and surrounding property were absolutely beatiful, particularly the view of the lagoon. Private, peaceful, and family friendly. Kids had a blast on the trails and in the hot tub. House provided every ammenity we could have needed. Would love to return!

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

What an amazing property. All the included things. Kayaks at the pond, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, and just add bait fishing rods. A grill, nice outdoor space. Plus beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Comfortable beds and great couch’s in the living areas. All of this would be enough, but along comes Hans. An amazing host! So responsive both with questions I had before the trip, but always got back to me during our stay.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views of Oyster Pond from every window. Sitting on the deck high in the trees was especially nice for our older relative who loved seeing the swans swim by. The spotlessly clean house was beautifully decorated and furnished while the kitchen provided all necessary pans and utensils. The canoe was easy to get in and out of. Would love to return next year.
