Sue is an outstanding host and this home is a gem in the Martha Vineyard area. I highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance! The surroundings are beautiful and the area is quite peaceful. It is also quite convenient and right next to a bus stop (google maps was wrong about the bus route from Martha’s Vineyard).

We had a lovely stay at this home! It was quaint and charming, very close to town and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything described was accurate, and the thoughtful extras like additional blankets and condiments made it even better. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, you can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Groceries, shopping and restaurants were also a close drive away. This was a great place to stay in order to explore Falmouth area and the whole cape really. Emily was responsive and helpful when anything came up. Only challenge was that the kitchen lacked some basic utensils and appliances. If you are going to eat out every day and not cook, it is fine, but we cooked most days and ended up having to buy a few kitchen basics (hand mixer, tea kettle, colander, etc.)

This was our 4th stay here and it only gets better and better. The house is always extremely welcoming and ready for fun and relaxation. The house is well equipped (kitchen and games/activities) for all your needs and my family can’t wait until next time!

Great stay! Relaxing and very walkable. Host let us check in early which was nice. We came in off season and it was freezing. The heaters throughout the cottage were much appreciated. Super cozy space that we would definitely stay in again:)

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Stayed here for three nights. This was a great place and everything was as described. The entire house was fully stocked and there was nothing else I needed to bring. If we are ever here again, I’ll be booking a reservation at this place. Would highly recommend

Tom's place was the perfect Cape Cod getaway. Close to beaches and plenty of restaurants, we loved the neighborhood and wished we could have stayed longer! The Cape inspired decor was fantastic, and we had a lot of space to spread out with our party of 6 (including the pup!). Local recommendations and easy instructions made our visit top notch! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
