Arrives at the most beautiful of places. Tucked away on the shores of a lake, this is a wee gem if you want all the fun of Dublin without the noise and the hassle of the city. The towns close by; Leixlip, Maynooth, and Kilcock are worth an explore if you want to see the real small towns. We went to Town in Leixlip for a pint; and ate at The Salmon Leap and walked the heritage trail in the town. A great afternoon right there! We spent an afternoon exploring our old haunts and if you want a good Irish Friday night without the hassle of Dublin, head out to Kilcock for a pint in Murphys, a fish supper with curry chip and sausages from Rosies and head back to the lovely apartment and enjoy on the veranda with a couple of local Irish craft brews. Rye River Brewing is a great local Kildare one. Walk the grounds of this grand Irish home and see the animals (alpacas, pigs, sheep, puppets, emu) and just enjoy the peace inside the walled garden. We loved our stay and wished it were longer.

Ante went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! His spot is super close to the airport and the perfect location for an early morning flight.

Ankita was an excellent host. The apartment is beautiful and in great condition — you can tell it's cared for with love. The room is spacious, extremely clean, and more than enough for a comfortable stay. The window overlooks a very green residential area and the nearby road, but the soundproof windows work perfectly — it’s peaceful and quiet inside. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic for walking, with streams, a spa that includes a gym, sauna, and relaxation areas. A solid 10 out of 10. The location in the south is also well connected, with both buses and trams within walking distance. We stayed for three nights with my wife and we were truly happy. I absolutely loved staying here and would return without hesitation.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Only planned on staying 2 nights, extended based on how beautiful the property was. Highly recommend and will be back.

I enjoyed my stay with Nicholette it was a nice clean and tidy apartment. Nicholette was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I would stay again only negative really is the traffic noise outside but other than that everything was grand.

Eva and Alan were amazing hosts. We made a last minute booking and they were really sweet and accommodating, got the place ready for us to check-in with such professionalism. During our stay they made sure we got everything we need. Their place was very cosy, clean, situated on the beautiful hill with beautiful landscape. We had a relaxing time staying there. Highly recommend to anyone who plans their visit to south Dublin.

I had a fantastic stay at Deirdre’s place! The one-bedroom in the shared apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The shared spaces – kitchen, living area, and bathroom – were always clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus for relaxing. Deirdre is an amazing host—super friendly, communicative, and always happy to help with anything needed. She made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to stay. Would definitely return!

Stayed here on a business trip. Even over paddies day it was peaceful and quiet. Good transport links and only a short walk into town. I would stay again if I find myself in the area for leisure or business. 10/10.

We had a fabulous few days in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed. It is also walking distance to all of the K-Club amenities. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Mary was easy to work with and very communicative. We were a group of six people in the house for three weeks, and she ensured there was plenty of toilet paper and linens for everyone. Portmarnock is a quiet, small town, and we had a large grocery store, a few cafes and the beach within a 10-15 minute walk. For any greater needs, the house is on two main bus routes to Dublin and Malahide is a quick taxi ride away.

Cerca del aeropuerto. Un paseo agradable de 10 minutos al bus que te lleva a Dublín. . En 15 minutos andando hay un centro comercial y lugares para comer. La casa de Miriam es muy bonita y confortable. Miriam está atenta a todo sin ser invasiva. Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en la casa.

Séjour en famille dans le logement de Daire très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et logement spacieux pour 5 adultes. Transport en commun proche du logement qui permet de se rendre dans le centre de Dublin sans problème.

La casa de Nadine es encantadora! Comodísima y llena de detalles de mucha calidez. No faltaba nada! Todo fue perfecto!! Fueron unos hermosos días en Dublin con mi familia. Viajamos con nuestros hijos y nietos pequeños y la casa de Nadine estaba perfectamente adaptada para niños (Hasta un playroom para los más pequeños y un gimnasio para los adultos) Nadine fue muy atenta y respondió todas nuestras preguntas de manera inmediata. Una gran anfitriona que estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros. A quien quiera tener una hermosa estancia en familia en Irlanda, esta es la opción. Todo excelente!! Gracias Nadine!

Beautiful house - exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our family holiday to visit further family who live in the surrounding area. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived with everything we could've needed provided. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us to relax. Lots of storage and the garden was perfect for our daughter to run round with a football. We felt right at home! Colin was an excellent host - responsive and easy to get hold of. Thank you so much for hosting us - we would love to stay again!

Nos alojamos en casa de Dianne durante 2 semanas. Nuestro grupo estaba formado por 3 adultos y 3 niños. Dundrum es un buen barrio para alojarse en Dublín con un centro comercial cercano y el centro de la ciudad a unos 40 minutos en Luas. En la casa tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos para estar cómodos. El espacio, los cochones y la ducha perfectas. La comunicación con Dianne fue muy fluida desde el primer momento y estuvo pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo durante la estancia. Dentro de la casa están las instrucciones necesarias para el saber manejarte tanto en la casa como en el barrio. Recomiendo este alojamiento a cualquier viajero que quiera pasar unos días en Dublín y sentirse como en casa.
