Tara presented this little cottage perfectly. The house is comfortable and is equiped with everything you may need. Even a little bucket full of supplies for fur babies. The furnishings are gorgeous and the little touches finish it off to feel homely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for any families wanting to stay relatively close to the zoo. Also very close to town.

This air bnb is absolutely Devine, spectacular afternoon sunset having a glass of wine and sitting out on the table setting. Plenty of room for our dog to run around throwing a ball. And just wow, Lost for words for the interior of the cottage, the perfect romantic night away. This place ticks every box, could not recommend enough!! Our host Kem was so kind lovely and friendly making the whole experience stress free and inviting. Thankyou for the gorgeous air bnb and hospitality. If we’re ever in the area we will be back. 😁

The perfect place to stay to experience rural Australia just outside of Dubbo. Absolutely luxury considering it is completely off grid! All the modern finishes and luxuries for a great stay.

Perfect house for us to stay in. Close to everything we needed. Very comfortable, everything we needed in the house. Street was a little loud on Saturday night, but other than that very peaceful. Loved the interior of house, lots of character. Will be staying again on our next trip to Dubbo!

What a special place to stay! As a designer I very much appreciated the beautiful attention to detail and the stunning spaces Kate has created. The cottage is very homely, beds were extremely comfortable and beautiful spaces to sleep in. I’d love to live here forever! 271 coffee shop a few doors up is such a treat as well!

Very impressed with Macleay Cottage, it is in a fantastic location. Checkin was a breeze and we were delighted with the beautiful assortment of fresh food Susan had arranged for us. My two toy poodles LOVED the backyard. Macleay Cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic venue to host our first ever Men’s Retreat. Will definitely be booking this incredible venue annually. It’s even better than it looks in the photos and the hosts were flexible to allow some unique needs our group had with timing.
