What a perfect location for a summer getaway! We fished, went out on a canoe, used the firepit, and hiked around the property. It was so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. This place is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Richard was amazing. He reached out a couple days ahead to suggest a safe route given that it had recently rained on the country roads, and he checked in with us again the day of our arrival. He answered all of our questions and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. It was so comfortable and exactly what my little family of four needed! We look forward to our next visit!

Margaret was very good at communicating that the hot tub was out of order before we arrived so we wouldn’t be surprised upon arrival that it wasn’t available. She provided a tasty breakfast each morning! The cottage was very cozy and we had a great time exploring the area and relaxing. Thank you for a very nice weekend getaway experience!

Our stay at the Farmhouse was fantastic! The house was roomy and very comfortable. We will keep them in mind when traveling back to the area in the future. We also had wonderful burgers at Scott’s Place bar in Sterling.

My son graduated from University of Nebraska this weekend and we needed a place where all of our family could stay comfortably. (We are from out of state, and there were 10 of us. The price was comparable to 5 hotel rooms and much nicer!) It took us about 27 minutes to get to Memorial Stadium for graduation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with soft towels and nice linens. Everything was very clean. The property is gorgeous. We took several great family photos. Perfect area for bird watchers. Very private and peaceful. Watching the thunderstorms from the sun room and sunsets from the dock area were highlights of the evening. The basketball court was fun. Joe was very responsive. Easy to check in. We loved it. One of our favorite Airbnb rentals ever. Highly recommended if you have a large family.

Everything was spot on as far as the description says. Matt and his family was extremely nice and very helpful to any questions we had about the surrounding area. The cabin was very clean same with all the bedding and linens. Whenever we had questions or needed material things Matt was right on it right away. I recommend this place to anyone. I will stay there again!!
