Boxy's Croft is a cosy cottage with breath taking views of Loch Ness and the surrounding mountains which combines accessibility to the village of Drumnadrochit and city of Inverness with a feeling of remoteness and tranquillity. The village has a small supermarket and good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs in addition to local walks, loch swims, bike rides and plenty of options for day trips. Urquhart Bay Barn

Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.

The village is home to the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre and Urquhart Castle, located half way along the popular western edge of Loch Ness. Only 12 miles from Inverness and en route to the Isle of Skye, it is a popular, convenient stopover, with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and petrol station.

We happily accept a dog here at no extra charge.

There is one bathroom with both a bath and a shower.

The Pavilion is a Luxurious Self Catered Wing of Foulis Castle just out of Evanton near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
