It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Clare's place, Was clean, uncluttered and comfortable. Clare was reliable and always available by email and able to deal with any issues immediately. We stayed just over 3 weeks at Clare's place, she gave us a good deal and included a complimentary clean in the middle of our stay which was appreciated, thanks you. Restaurants and transport from Clare's place was easy to access; if you didn't want to drive. Enjoyed staying here. Plenty of pubs and restaurants and takeaways nearby. Bus stop round the corner on the main road for the centre of Manchester. £2 bus cap fare and £9 for a family day rider. House was clean and quiet with off and on street parking. All the essentials that you needed were supplied. Easy to find and get in Very impressed, would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. The instructions for check in were really helpful and the house had everything we needed for 5 adults to stay. Really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility. Thanks so much.

Had a really love stay at this property for a hen do. Really scenic location, host was welcoming and very friendly. Gave clear instructions on where to park, plenty of car parking spaces. It is on a steep hill, so just something to bear in mind. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed! Beds were super comfy too! Thanks again Sara! x

Lovely to be back at Danielle’s - just as clean and tidy as last time - exactly what was needed!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Great house - all equipment needed and really comfortable beds. Just stayed one night but would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cosy, and just like the photos. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, which was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re going to the arena, it’s only a 10-minute drive really convenient. The best part was the bar the host has it’s really, really nice and adds a unique touch to the stay. Everything was reasonably priced too. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
