Boendet är från 2022, är 30 kvm och erbjuder ett separat sovrum med en 180-säng samt en bäddbar futon på 140 cm inklusive bäddmadrass. Resesäng erbjuds till barnfamiljer. Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn, mikro, kylskåp, frysfack och två kokplattor. Badtunnan håller 40grader och ingår i boendet. Boendet är beläget 100 meter från närmsta badplats (brygga) vid Mälaren, 1,5km bort finns Mälarhöjdsbadet med sandstrand.
