We loved our stay! Larry is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and charming. It was so quiet and in a great location for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and gas without being in a congested area. It was just 10 minutes to downtown SLC. We will definitely stay here again. Felt like your own cozy spot for sure.

Nanou was an exceptional host from start to finish. The unit is easy to access, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Nanou responded quickly to all messages throughout our stay and was very sweet in checking in when she noticed we hadn't been there for a couple of days (we booked for 3 weeks but took a few days away, leaving some of our things there while we were away). The location is great - close to a main road but without any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Adam was very clear on check-in and check-out. This place is literally 10 minute walking distance to Megaplex/Hallpass and many other amazing restraunts. STK was 17 minute walk, well worth it have after a great meal. 15 minutes away from SLC Convention center (1.2 miles). There is a great German Bakery down the street. The coffee shop downstairs from the apartment is quiet and prices are fair. I am hoping this airbnb will be available again for me next season. speaking of seasons you can see the amazing mountains with fresh snow pack and beautiful trees with white flowers. Amazing, chill space, the hammocks are prime! Nicely designed and creative space. Cozy, and everything is so close by. Very pretty views, it would be dynamite in the summer to open the garage door. There are a couple clubs nearby with a bass till about 1 am on weekends but that’s just city life. I would definitely recommend and come stay again!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

The place was very clean and had all the amenities as mentioned in the description. The location is great as well and I was right at home as soon as I got there. Tim was also very accommodating and responsive whenever needed and took care of any issues, if any, almost immediately.

Jake was super responsive!! Place was perfect for the four of us - definitely could have held more . Great tv for relaxing after skiing !! Super close to the resorts would so stay there next year !! Highly recommend it just don’t book it when I want to go 😜😂

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property! The cleanliness was excellent, and the thoughtful amenities—snacks, waters, teas, and extra linens—made our stay even more comfortable. The crisp white sheets and pillowcases gave us peace of mind, adding to the overall fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The property was easy to access, and everything went smoothly with no issues. While the pillows weren’t quite as plush as hotel ones, the beds were still decent and allowed for a restful sleep. There was some nearby street traffic, but the inclusion of earplugs was a considerate touch that helped minimize any disruptions. Overall, we had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing such a well-maintained and thoughtful space!

Rolando was a great host! He was very responsive and his place was just as expected! I’m always apprehensive about a new place but Rolando’s place was in a great, newer, safe neighborhood, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. He provides the necessities and a beautiful space! We would definitely return in the future and suggest his place to friends going to the area!

My stay at the Ms Judy and Mr Nickson quiet corner was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the Nickson’s whom went above and beyond to make my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I knew I was in for a treat. The space was meticulously maintained, with every amenity fully stocked and at my disposal. The apartment's proximity to top-notch shopping destinations like Target, Burlington, and Walmart was a huge plus, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to indulge in some retail therapy. But what truly set this Airbnb apart was the host's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. From the thoughtful welcome basket to the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and sparkling clean bathrooms, every aspect of the apartment was carefully considered to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The host's generosity and constant checks in to make sure I’m okay seal the deal. Will book again, thank you .

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

The condo was really cute, clean and had everything we needed to make ours stay comfortable! The parking lot had 2 entrances which made it easy to get back. Downtown in just less the 10 minutes down the street by car or by scooter. Would definitely come back to stay! ✨

We enjoyed a memorable vacation, thanks to the perfect location of the condo, giving us easy, short daily access to Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird ski resorts. The hot tub was a nice option after long days on the slopes. The condo was exceptionally clean and had the essentials needed for homecooking....a home away from home.

Good location central to where we needed to be. Easy to get inside. Place was clean and perfect for us! Loved the couches, too!

Great place with easy access to shopping and skiing!

We just stayed 5 nights at Anna's place and had a good time. The condo is easy to find and it is in a great location. It is close to shopping and restaurants and ski resorts. The parking situation is good with one covered spot for the unit. It is necessary to walk up a flight of stairs to the condo. And the loft area has a set of very steep stairs. The condo is clean with a well stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a newer washer/dryer set in the kitchen. The beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable with an additional tv in the master bedroom. As other reviewers have noted the street traffic is pretty loud and not just at rush hour. Some of the worst street traffic was later in the evening kind of like a speedway with loud motorcycle noises. The loft bed has a mattress pad and is not very comfortable if someone is going to sleep there. The living room doubles as the dining area with 2 counter seats for eating + the couch.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend “happy place on state street” to any family wanting a comfortable, clean place to stay near lots of family friendly activities.
