Very cute place to stay! This place has everything to offer for your getaway. Very nice location, easy to find! Communication with the owners was on point! Me and my girlfriends had fun!

Was a nice place and perfect location. Not too far from all the business of Nashville but far enough you can remove yourself from the noise and relax.

Paula and her place were wonderful. I was in town for a work trip and it was a lovely stay. We’ll most certainly come again as the next opportunity presents itself.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

The place is easily walkable to Broadway within a 5 minute walk so it's very conveniently located, which is a very difficult thing to find amongst solid Airbnbs there. Even though our chosen apartment on the second floor was not given to us due to an AC issue, they gave us the first floor unit and it was great (probably even better). Devon and Cameron were great hosts and took care of us, and were flexible with the timing as well. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but it's definitely walkable and we had no issues during our stay. Pillows/beds could be more comfortable, and the Internet could use an upgrade. All in all, the place is great for a group that wants to be close to restaurants and bars and walk everywhere as we did, and the hosts will definitely make you feel right at home and help you with anything you may need. If I came back to the city and wanted to be within walking distance to downtown Nashville, I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Originally we had a different Airbnb booked & when The Disco Cowgirl fell into our lap just two weeks before our trip we knew it was meant to be & immediately booked! Plenty of mirrors to get ready all at the same time. Decorated to perfection! We enjoyed our stay!

I’m very happy with the location. Adam had great recommendations for the surrounding. I was mainly entertaining a client with a large family. Was it above what we needed for that? Sure, but my client was happy with the place it was perfect for his wife and daughters to chill or get ready for going out while we did our part. I would rate Adam’s place in the upper echelon of what’s on with that many guest. Really solid place with a solid host.

Second time living in Brian’s place. My team had lived here for more than 70 days. He definitely put his heart in to make this house beautiful and comfortable. Very quick response when we need help. Beautiful backyard. This is absolutely our first choice to live in if we come back next year.

gigi was very responsive and pleasant to work with. we stayed during the round of tornado filled storms and felt very safe. Gigi even checked in on us when the power went out and kept us up to date on power issues from the storms. I would highly recommend Gigi's home as a place to stay for anyone looking to be close enough to the fun but far enough away to relax from the city.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

This was a great place to stay for the Rock'n'roll Series marathon. We were close enough to walk to the start, but far enough away from downtown that it was peaceful. The neighborhood has a great coffee shop and a few eateries that are less than a 5 min walk away. We also enjoyed looking out at the river. Great overall stay.

The AirB&B description of this condo is perfect and accurate. Brittany is a very responsive host and replied to a couple of questions we had very promptly. The condo is clean bright and airy with a good view of the river. The little patio was a nice touch. The condo is well equipped,plenty of linens and bathrooms supplies as is the kitchen with a good collection of amenities including a good selection of hot beverages options. A bonus especially in a city location was plenty of on site parking right outside the condo. The location is perfectly situated to explore the city. The surrounding area is going through a renovation phase with lots of renovations going on. There are several good restaurants and local bars within a 15 to 20 minutes walk around German town, which we considered safe walking even on the late evening. Down town and Broadway is about a 20 to 30 minute walk along the river path,again we felt save walking there day and night even though it was a little quiet. This

A great stay in Nashville. Cindy was very kind and helpful. She let us book pretty last-minute and promptly sent us instructions. The day of she proactively reached out to let us check in early. Her space is very clean, bottom level, had all the amenities. You do hear people walking upstairs pretty late but if you don't mind then you'll be just fine. The bed was VERY comfortable. The space is walking distance to Broadway/downtown if you are ok walking about 20 minutes/~1 mile. Also walking distance to the Titans stadium. Thanks Cindy!

The stay was fantastic. I needed a quiet place walkable to downtown Nashville and easy parking, and this was it. Very comfortable with a balconey overlooking the river. Lovely! The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials, so frequently missing in AirBnBs, such as coffee and coffee filters, cream and sugar, etc. And parking was plentiful and off the street. I messaged Katie a few times about certain things, and she always responded in just a few minutes. Always accommodating and pleasant. A definite place to stay when I return to Nashville!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This was the perfect spot for a short stay in the city. The condo is simple, clean, and has everything you need if you are going to be out and about in the city. 👍
