Perfect location! 4 minute walk from the beach! Lots of fun bars--I really enjoyed the Clevelander. There is some noise from construction. Friendly staff on the premises. Fridge, microwave, stove, and even paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, and a few cooking utensils. Really great stay! Really excellent! I just got back home and already wish I was back there! A very comfortable and convenient place to stay during my beach vacation! It’s a less than 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, plenty of restaurant and bar options.

I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

Our stay was WONDERFUL! It was very peaceful and relaxing. We hung out at the pool most days and enjoyed the sunshine as the weather was near perfect every day. Our days started with coffee by the pool and catching up with our friends, and what's been going on in each of our lives since our last trip together. Our simple pleasure of watching the weathervane change directions each day sums up our trip (it is quite unique!). Alex and Sue were very responsive to any of our questions. We have kindred liking of Chicago style hot dogs, and Alex made a recommendation of a hot dog joint within a mile of their location. It was a nice stop for us before checking in. There are ample restaurants and grocery stores well within a mile of the property; very convenient. The beach and Las Olas Blvd are a must, and they too are within a mile. We highly recommend this location as it met all of our expectations!

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful family stay in Miami, and this beautiful Airbnb played a big part in it. The property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of care from the owner. The host was exceptionally responsive—above and beyond what we expected. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

Tous s'est très bien passé, Viki est très réactive! Ayant eu un problème de wi-fi, elle a réglé mon problème dans les 5min. Du a une très forte pluie, le mur de la fenêtre a été endommagée légèrement mais elle a mis quelqu'un sur le problème en rien de temps. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci Viki!

Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place. The views are gorgeous. The location is outstanding. The place is beautiful, clean, light, functional, very well equipped and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a very comfortable stay. Their communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a memorable stay in Brickell.

We enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and as described. Our son loved the pool and the view of the beach was amazing. Note there is a club on the beach next door.
