I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

Survalarie places was very nice and the neighborhood was safe. I stayed there a for a few days with my mother and children the place was clean and the decor was nice and I look forward to staying again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

Nice place in downtown Jax. First time being there but they made our stay easy with a seamless check in and check out. Very nice condo!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was beautifully decorated, modern, spotless, & fully stocked with everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the ocean & enjoying both sunrises & sunsets from the oversized balcony was pure magic. The balcony alone is a showstopper! The washer & dryer were such a helpful touch during our stay, & the wagon they provided made check-in and check-out easier The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, & spas. The check-in & check-out process was seamless. Todd was an amazing host. He was very responsive, kind, accommodating & easy to communicate with. We’re already planning our return trip. We would absolutely stay here again & recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing ocean front getaway.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. House was very spacious with plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Nice backyard. Neighborhood was safe and very nice. Convenient to San Marco restaurants and Community First Igloo hockey rink.

Yelena’s place was spacious for my family of 7 and also immaculate! Loved the artwork and personal touches throughout! Enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch, so peaceful! Definitely recommend to those I hold dear and look forward to next time! Thanks for an amazing stay! 🤩
