This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

My family had a wonderful family weekend here. The apartment was in the best location for walking around NC State and getting to downtown Raleigh and restaurants. Each of my adult children had their own bedroom and own bathroom, which was fabulous. Look forward to staying here again.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Such a great stay— it felt cozy, peaceful, and just like home. The hosts were super communicative and provided helpful guidance throughout. Perfect quiet location and the ideal distance to UNC. Would definitely come again!

Tyler and Callan's Oasis was the perfect little home away from home for us while we visited Durham. Their place is super cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood. They are fantastic hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! Jeff was extremely responsive and helpful. He offered fantastic suggestions for local places to eat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen that is well-equipped with everything you might need. There is a dining area and comfy living area with bunk beds. The bedroom with a queen size bed is very comfortable. It is a peaceful place to stay, whether for one night or several. It is baby or kid friendly, with toys, books, puzzles, and a high chair available. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruce and Donna’s place in Carrboro. The location is perfect—peaceful, idyllic, and just a short walk from everything. Bruce and Donna were absolutely lovely hosts, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend their beautiful home for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We had a slight hiccup with the cleaning prior to us being there, but it was resolved in conversations with Ned. He was quick to respond and solve the problem. The house itself was spacious and wonderful for our uses. Thanks again Ned!

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

We had a great time during our stay! Kent was quick to respond to my inquiries, and addressed any concerns I had. I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting Raleigh.

We were visiting Chapel Hill for the weekend for the Tarheel 10 Miler. Chelston's home was perfect for us. The location was fabulous. Everything we did (the race, meals out) was within 1-2 miles. Besides the excellent location, the house was clean, very well-equipped, and had really comfy beds. I'm not sure my family will run that very hilly race again, but if they do, I wouldn't hesitate to return. If you're visiting Chapel Hill, look no further. This house is the place to stay!

Alita's place was great! It was sooo much bigger than anticipated. She was a great communicator as well. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an awesome stay at Matt’s place and actually extended it twice. Great space, really peaceful location but only a short drive to Chapel Hill, Carborro etc. Matt and his Mum were both very friendly and helpful and made us and our Polish family members very welcome.

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Location was excellent! Easy walk to downtown Durham. Place looked like the photos. Ann was a very responsive host!

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

Britany's place is a Tarheel dream. Close and walkable to campus and to the local bars and restaurants on Franklin St. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

We had a great visit at Kelly's place. We were in town for a family wedding in Cary. Pros - super easy lock getting in/out, Kelly was very responsive when we had questions, the beds were super comfortable, there weren't a ton of chores to do before we left town, and everything about the stay was super easy. Cons - it is a small space, I'm not sure I realized quite how small, particularly the kitchen. Once we ordered a few groceries, there wasn't really anywhere to put them, so the counters got a bit crowded. But it wasn't a big deal, we were only in town a few days. Would've been harder for a longer stay that required a lot more cooking!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were comfy and the unit was very clean. Location is ideal - close to the Chapel Hill center but feels very private. We will come back again when in the area.
