Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

The Dolly

The Dolly is a tiny house nestled in our Alamance County farm's wooded area. Just 15 minutes from the bustling village of Saxapahaw, the Dolly offers a bit of everything. Romp our woods, cuddle goats and donkeys, cast a fishing line or warm by a fire pit. Adventurers can bike Snow Camp's rural roads or drop kayaks in nearby Haw River. A wood burning stove keeps the Dolly cozy during winter stays; the cedar insulated walls (and AC) keep the house cool in the summer. Unplug and unwind with us.

The Lodge at Long Acres Farm

Welcome to Long Acres Farm, and our Lodge at the center of the action. The Lodge/tiny cabin is a 550 sq. ft home on our 52 acre horse farm. If you are looking for a genuine, relaxed farm experience you've found the right place! Get acquainted with our resident chickens, goose, ducks, goats, horses, cows, dogs, and cats from your doorstep. Join in the action and book time to participate in farm activities or just plan to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Just minutes to Saxapahaw!

Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Full 2nd floor of a beautifully restored triplex. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, chef's kitchen with s/s appliances. Off-street parking. Gorgeous front porch with seating area and classic swing. Because we are downtown, we have "city noise" - trains, traffic, and sirens. This is not a quiet little get-away. True city living at its best. The Belle is a no smoking property. No smoking or vaping on the premises. Long-term guests (30+ days) receive weekly housekeeping service.

Walk the property and visit farm animals including donkeys, goats, a mini cow and a standard highland cow.
