We had a great stay with a large family group. The two units were a good setup for us. The area is convenient to just about anything you want to do in Athens. I really liked the memory foam mattress in my room, very comfortable and slept great. Kitchen was convenient for our needs. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cute. You can tell it is well taken care of. Margaret was quick to respond to my messages and they even had restaurant suggestions hanging on the fridge which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

Josh was very proactive in communicating ahead of check-in. Directions to the house were perfect. The home was roomy and comfortably accommodated our party of four. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but everything was there. We also didn’t get to explore the neighborhood much due to our other plans, but it is fairly close to the U of Georgia campus. Seems that it would be a nice place to stay for a football weekend.

Everything was amazing. It was clean and cozy with a convenient drive to downtown and Sanford/Foley.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

We felt at home the moment we walked in! It was just as described, COZY. A short drive to anywhere in the Athens area. Plenty of parking and having 2 balconies was a nice touch. We highly recommend and will be back again!

My sister and husband stayed, loved the Master on the main, he has knee issues. They bragged on how well equipped the house was. My other sister also stayed. Experienced Airbnb people, this was the best experience ever.

My daughters and I had an amazing stay at the Music Box! Loved everything about it. The beautiful location along the river surrounded by woods but close to all the things Athens has to offer was perfect. Really enjoyed the nicely renovated space, the comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, the board games and all things music related! We would love to come back again, can’t recommend this place enough. Super helpful and attentive hosts as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Hannah’s place. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. She communicated clearly and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a spacious, comfortable place for us to spend a week. It has two bathrooms, both small, but nicely updated. The kitchen was also nicely updated. One of the three bedrooms has a sizeable desk, which was a perfect workspace for me. The place has a really large yard with some nice outdoor spaces. We also love the Normaltown neighborhood. It's quiet, and an easy walk to a lot of cool places on Prince Street. We'd be happy to stay here again next year.

My family and I loved this little cottage! Great location! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Family & pet friendly, but also very close to campus and downtown Athens. We loved the fenced in yard area & we used the grill for dinner. Meagan was friendly & very responsive when we had questions. This was a perfect location for us to tour the UGA campus with our high school aged son. We will definitely be back in the future.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
