We are thrilled to announce that we have now installed a brand new king bed in our main bedroom! We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

Home has been completely remodeled and is stocked with everything you'll need. 2 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps up to 6. Nice deck with rocking chairs, bbq grill and fire pit. Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.

Summer's Getaway - Fun Suite

NOTE: The hot-water issue has been fixed! Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.

It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.
