This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. The new full bathroom with spa shower is just steps away from the trailer. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. We have an additional 6 person tent if in need, an additional 25.00 per person a night plus 30.00 setup fee. 2 night min on tent rental. The bathroom is not in the Rv.

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation

This is not a home for parties, loud events. The 10pm QUIET HOURS outside is mandatory! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the Fall/Winter season when the pool is closed. A little hideaway only a few miles away from Dover, Dover Air Force Base, Dover Speedway and Dover Downs. The beaches are only 45 mins away with great restaurants and shopping. This AirBnB is located in the historic district of Camden situated in the backyard of a private home. You have your own private building! There are stairs up to the deck as the guest house is on the second floor. Please note there is no WiFi or TV.
