We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

The house was even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The living area is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable for our family's needs. The outdoor area was very enjoyable as well. It is evident that Heather has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming vacation home.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

Tara’s place is very lovely and cozy. The house is a walking distance to the beach. My family and I, including our pets enjoyed our time to the beach. It is also a 20 minute drive to Washington street mall. Tara responded very quickly to all my questions. The house was clean and our check in went in smoothly. House rules are clear and straightforward. The location is great and it’s close to restaurants and groceries. I am looking forward to stay here again especially during summer, because of the pool. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Eileen’s place did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoors space. It was a great place for some rest and relaxation. Thank you Eileen for sharing you house with us and being a great host.

My parents, myself, and my 2 youngest kids (9, 11) thoroughly loved the house. We felt right at home. You can tell the owners actually use the house as it has everything that you may need. No need to bring towels, sheets, blankets, or towels. They have it. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Games! Wine opener. Awesome refrigerator. Huge washer and dryer. Back porch is screened in. The 2 zones for HVAC were much appreciated as my parents are older and get cold. They were able to have the downstairs area a little warmer while we had the upstairs comfortable for us. My mom uses a cane. We really appreciated the ease of one floor living for her once we were in the house. Easy instructions to follow. A binder full of helpful local tips and info. We didn’t have any issues but based on my prior experiences with them, I know the owners would have responded. It was so nice to not deal with a property mgt comp. Neighborhood was nice. Everyone waves. Felt safe. Close to all. We hope to return!

We had a great stay at Rhonda’s house. She’s an excellent communicator and instructions were very clear. We had a small issue and she responded right away she walked us through how to correct it. As for house it was very clean and updated. Plenty of space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable (attested to by my 9 year old son). The location was great as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops and stores.About a 20 -25 minute to the boardwalk. We did drive to the beach and my husband rode his bike but you could walk the 20-25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

The house and location were absolutely perfect with a breath taking sunset. The amenities were more than we could have asked for.

Beautifully designed beach cottage. Small, but had everything you needed for comfort. The deck was such a plus for relaxing and enjoying the quiet outdoor space. The beds were super comfortable and decor impeccable! It was a quick 8 minute walk to the beach. Loved staying here and so wonderful that Daniel graciously invited dogs into his home. Thank you!

Mark's house was perfect for my son's in-laws who came into town for his wedding this past weekend. They didn't have a car, so the location was important - walking distance to downtown Lewes and walking distance to our home. The house was clean and well equipped. Other than a musty smell from being closed when we first arrived, it was perfect.

This was our second time staying with Bryan and it was lovely. Highly recommend!

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

This was a great place to stay while we went to the Ocean’s Calling music festival in Ocean City. The location was great, away from everything but still only a short drive. As someone who easily gets grossed out by air bnbs, it was so clean and comfortable, with plenty of space! Thanks for an incredible stay, will definitely want to stay again if we come back to the area!

Elizabeth's place was so cozy and it felt very welcoming! We got in late on check in day and everything was easy to find in the house. . The house feels very much like home. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs loved the space inside as well as the fenced backyard. It had plenty of room and the beds were all very comfortable. Elizabeth was very quick to respond when we had a question too! We would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Sergui’s home was wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sergui was very friendly and prompt in his communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Chris and Donald’s place was just remodelled and everything is new a nicely decorated. They were very accommodating for a last minute booking and we were thrilled that they had linens and towels included in the rental (as this seems uncommon in cape may). The house is lovely and as described but not walkable to the town. It’s an easy drive however and a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.
