Very nice & cozy home for small groups who may want a nice stay in the Atlanta Georgia area!

Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

Fabulous place and perfect for us and our pups! We all felt right at home and everything that we could possibly need was available to us. Cameron was so thoughtful and accommodating, he took the time to give us local food recommendations and what was available nearby. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back again anytime we are in town - thank you again for a great experience and it was so nice getting to know you as well! See you again!!

Great stay! Very clean house in a nice neighborhood. The house had a wonderful play room with books and toys that our grandchildren really enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful listing with plenty of room and games, perfect for large groups. The place was mostly spotless. While there were plenty of kitchen amenities, bedding, and towels, we did have to bring our own body wash.

Dear Arthur...your place is incredibly awesome! It was perfect for our out-of-town guests and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed BEING AT the house as opposed to going out. The vinyl collection was great, the game room was fantastic, my friends said the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated with fun art and furniture. Next time we need an Airbnb for out-of-town friends, I will not hesitate to recommend this house. I've mentioned to my friends and neighbors the same. This place is a GEM!!!!

Enjoyed our short stay at Emily and Philip's. The house was as listed, very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. Emily and Philip were great hosts, very responsive and attentive. Overall great experience and a great time visiting family.

Absolutely loved our overnight with Audrey! Our dogs were so comfortable there. I love that there are dog bowls there because I had accidentally forgotten our travel water bowl! So it was a super nice touch. I did see another review talk about the stairs and I will say that I agree if you have an elderly dog (or person, haha) that you aren’t able to easily assist up the stairs, it might be difficult for them. Luckily, our only old man is our toy poodle, so we just carried him and it was fine. The other dogs took the steps like a champ and thoroughly enjoyed the “sniffari” of the yard! Would definitely stay with Audrey again!! Beautiful neighborhood and lovely views!!!

The surroundings were stunning and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. Jade is a truly exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and generously kind in every interaction. She made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, and her attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. This place isn’t just a stopover—it’s the kind of stay that makes you want to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I pass through Atlanta. The space at Michael’s home is fabulous - full of natural light, a super comfy bed, a great shower, and stocked with everything I needed. The gorgeous backyard was a huge plus. I loved walking the neighborhood with my dog and admiring the beautiful properties. Michael was extremely attentive and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Another great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked as usual. Location is great for access to restaurants and major highways. Dale is a great host. We will stay here again.

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood that we had zero issues with. Peter was very responsive and very accommodating to our needs, with us having a toddler he was making sure everything was safe for us and was just a great host overall. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be trying to stay here again!

My stay was to be for a few days due to remodeling in my home. I have chronic illness and needed a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately, I found out after booking and staying for just a few hours that the work crew for my home would be delayed for a few days, so I did not continue my stay. My brief impression of the air bnb was it looked accurate to the listing. Jesse was very quick to respond to my questions/requests during my few hours of stay.

We had another wonderful stay Russ’s cottage! Everything we expected, easy checkin, super clean, and the perfect location for a long weekend visit with family. Good to see you again Russ, looking forward to booking again this fall!

Cute little town home, 2 min from Acworth! Very cozy and spacious! Neighbors were friendly and close enough to the lake and things to do! Would stay again!

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Jonesboro, Georgia, for my son’s football tournament. The pictures don’t do it justice—spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, plus an extra one in the hallway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and Seyla even provided bowls for packing snacks, which was a lifesaver for our long tournament days. We were just 12 minutes from the field, making it super convenient. The front yard had a great setup with a table and lawn furniture, perfect for relaxing. Seyla was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The home was in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We were able to cook a nice dinner before leaving, which was so convenient. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! We’ll definitely be booking again when we return to Georgia. Highly recommend for families!

The home felt cozy when we actually got back home my youngest said this doesn't feel like home the house in GA did lol perfect location and quiet neighborhood

With a family of 5+ and a dog, it was perfect and accommodating from five bicycles with helmets, to a doggie bed and blankets, and a golden treasure of the indoor playroom. It’s absolutely a wonderful experience to the point where we are going to book again

This rental was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our group. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and was very clean. We appreciated all of the little touches and the great kitchen that was very well stocked. My only comment for people renting this place is that the driveway is short and very steep which made it difficult for us to get my elderly mother into and out of the car. It can accommodate two cars, not really four.
